The apartment was good but to get the key to it was a half an hour nightmare.

The apt. is the Center of Warsaw next to tram and metro stations with McDonald below the apt. It was good for breakfast and food.

What could be improved: Getting the keys to the apartment was a frustrating nightmare. I got very confusing instructions written badly in English. I had to call Customer Service back and forth for half an hour. I was furious after 12 hour flight. In instructions it was written "the key is in a mini-safe hung on a low fence opposite the board of 31/35 Swietokrzyska Street". It was wrong. Customer Service didn't know how to help me. Finally I saw 5 padlocks attached to the low structure (1 foot high) not far away and it was NOT THE FENCE. Fence in Polish (I speak Polish) is PŁOT and it wasn't.

What could be improved: No heating for a week so got really cold inside..however it did come on after that but only luke warm..might book again next week but I'll be checking iff the heating up full or I wont
