You know what, I’ve stayed at this place twice now, and honestly it’s become my go-to spot when I’m in Warsaw for work. The Deluxe Studio is tucked right on Świętokrzyska – which sounds intimidating to pronounce but locals just call it “the street with all the good stuff” – and you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Palace of Culture. I mean, you can’t miss that Soviet-era tower even if you tried. The location is actually pretty brilliant because you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the tourist chaos around the Old Town that you can actually get some sleep.

The studio itself is… well, it’s exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing fancy, but everything works, which is more than I can say for some of the pricier places I’ve tried in the city center. The kitchenette is small but functional – I’ve made decent coffee there, though the coffee shops downstairs are honestly better (there’s this little place called Cafe Blikle just around the corner that does these incredible pączki). The bed is comfortable enough, and the Wi-Fi actually reaches the bathroom, which sounds silly but you know how it is these days. One thing though – if you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs. Świętokrzyska gets busy during rush hour, and the trams start running pretty early. But by 10 PM it quiets down considerably.

What I really appreciate about this place is that it feels like staying in an actual Warsaw apartment rather than some sterile hotel room. The building has that classic pre-war character – thick walls, high ceilings, the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re getting a real taste of the city. Check-in was smooth both times (they use a key box system which is super convenient if you’re arriving late), and the Noclegi Renters team responds quickly to messages. The 7.7 rating feels about right – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what you need without any nasty surprises. Plus, you’re a ten-minute walk from Złote Tarasy shopping center if you need anything, and the metro station at Świętokrzyska connects you to both airport lines. I’ve recommended it to colleagues, and they’ve all had similar experiences – solid, reliable, and you wake up feeling like you’re actually in Warsaw rather than some international hotel bubble.

  The apt. is the Center of Warsaw next to tram and metro stations with McDonald below the apt. It was good for breakfast and food.
  
  What could be improved: Getting the keys to the apartment was a frustrating nightmare. I got very confusing instructions written badly in English. I had to call Customer Service back and forth for half an hour. I was furious after 12 hour flight. In instructions it was written "the key is in a mini-safe hung on a low fence opposite the board of 31/35 Swietokrzyska Street". It was wrong. Customer Service didn't know how to help me. Finally I saw 5 padlocks attached to the low structure (1 foot high) not far away and it was NOT THE FENCE. Fence in Polish (I speak Polish) is PŁOT and it wasn't.

  What could be improved: Checking in was really troublesome…its so absurd that we have to travel 1 km away from the apartment we rented to look for the keys and the instructions is not clear. It says keys is in the box next to the fence of the church which is actually hanged to the fence! We spend taxi fare to go searching for an hour only managed to find where the keys r kept, please bear in mind we are not local plus we are senior citizens..We request a compensation from the taxi we paid to search for the keys!

  Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles ist entweder zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super erreichbar.
  Die Aussicht war klasse gerade mit der weihnachtlichen Dekoration.
  Für 2 Personen ist das Appartement sehr gut. Es sollten nicht mehr als drei Personen sein.
  Dann passt es auch mit der Ausstattung eigener Maßen.
  Was die Schlüsselsuche anbelangt haben wir diese gut gefunden. Wir sind den Anweisungen genau gefolgt und hatten so Erfolg. Die Kinder haben sich Nachbar langen Autofahrt über die kleine Schnitzeljagd gefreut.
  Allerdings kann ich mir vorstellen, dass etwas ältere Personen Schwierigkeiten haben.
  
  What could be improved: Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ist das Appartement zu klein. Wir haben das beste draus gemacht, aber würden es so nicht mehr buchen.
  Es wurde für jede Person ein Handtuch zur Verfügung gestellt. Das fanden wir total unhygienisch. Auch bei Nachfrage gab es keinen Nachschub, weil es wohl so vorgesehen ist. Das geht gar nicht.
  Das Bett ist für 2 Erwachsene und sehr weich. Mit unserer kleinen Tochter in der Mitte eine Herausforderung.
  Es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher im Bad aufzuhängen.
  Wie schon erwähnt, wer zentral wohnen möchte als Paar ist hier absolut richtig. Für Familien eher nicht geeignet.

  What could be improved: – na powitanie niestety nie przyjemna sytuacja mąż przez 2h szukał skrytki z kluczami … dzwoniliśmy słaba pomoc dopiero po kolejnym telefonie okazało się że podano nam zły kod do otwarcia skrytki z kluczami
  – nieprzyjemny zapach w mieszkaniu tak jakby od łóżka dokładnie od narzut i poduszek , mimo otwarcia okien nadal było czuć
