Okay, so this place caught me completely off guard – and I mean that in the best way possible. The name “Design+LUXUS Apartment im Zentrum! +Netflix” sounds a bit over-the-top online, honestly, but when you actually step inside, you get why they went with all those buzzwords. It’s one of those spots where someone clearly put real thought into every single detail, from the lighting (which actually flatters you instead of making you look like you haven’t slept in days) to the way they’ve arranged the furniture so you’re not constantly bumping into things.

The location is what really sells it though – you’re genuinely in the heart of everything without dealing with that tourist trap chaos. I mean, you can walk to most of the main spots you’d want to hit, but you’re tucked away enough that you’re not hearing street performers at 2 AM or dodging tour groups every time you step outside. The building itself has this quiet, residential feel that I wasn’t expecting from something advertising itself as being “im Zentrum.” Check-in was surprisingly smooth too – none of that awkward waiting around in a tiny lobby situation since it’s an apartment setup. They’ve got the Netflix thing figured out properly (thank god, because hotel TV is usually a nightmare), and the wifi actually works at speeds that won’t make you want to throw your laptop out the window.

What I really appreciated were the little things that show someone who actually travels designed this place. The blackout curtains are proper blackout curtains, not those flimsy things that let every streetlight leak through. There’s enough counter space in the bathroom to actually spread out your stuff. The kitchen – well, it’s more than just a mini-fridge and a sad coffee maker, which is refreshing. You know what though? The thing that impressed me most was how quiet it stays at night. I’m someone who usually brings earplugs everywhere, but I didn’t need them here. During the day you get that nice city energy, but evenings settle into this surprisingly peaceful vibe. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s not trying to be flashy or Instagram-perfect, it’s just genuinely well done. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it, this hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  The apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish and in the very heart of Warsaw. located in a quiet closed complex with terrace, the kitchen includes everything needed, there is also flat iron, coffee machine with capsules included and a walk in closet. All of the tourist attractions are within a walking distance which made our stay more then wonderful. With the help of Michael we managed to visit all of the important places. Dogs are allowed too which allowed us to travel with our little yorkie and not to worry about her.

  everything was so nice, didn’t expect that apartment will have absolutely perfect location, we could reach almost all interesting places in 10 min by walk. apartment has all the necessary things, even in the kitchen! Michael is a perfect host, he offered to have earlier check in and later check out! answered all our question and was very polite! highly recommended place!!!

  The apartment is located right in the heart of Warsaw, very close to pretty much everything and the building is very accessible. When you open the door, you step into a chic/classy/modern/cosy home-away-from-home. The lighting (both natural and electric) is absolutely amazing, so you’ll feel like a celebrity. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom has great acoustics (for the celebrity inside you *wink*). You have everything you could possibly need in terms of facilities. Michael was one of the best hosts I encountered so far – I'm sure he'll make you feel like home, too! Will definitely stay here next time!
