The beds are actually decent (I’m picky about mattresses), and the bathrooms are modern enough without trying too hard to be trendy. Plus, the soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re right downtown – I was worried about street noise, but it really wasn’t an issue.

Here’s the thing that impressed me most: this place has a 9.0 rating, and after staying there, I totally get why. It’s not trying to be something it’s not. The Blues theme is subtle – a few nice touches here and there without going overboard with the gimmick. The location is genuinely perfect if you want to explore on foot, and parking (when you can find it) is typical for the area, so factor that in. Breakfast was simple but fresh, and they actually had decent coffee, which – let’s be real – can make or break your morning. The neighborhood comes alive in the evenings, so if you’re the type who likes to grab dinner somewhere within walking distance and maybe have a drink or two, you’re golden. I’d definitely stay here again, especially considering what you get for the price point.

  Very central and very quiet location, well-functioning amenities. The managing company takes care about the apartment and helps to fix issues. Well-suited for longer stays.
