The apartment’s Wi-Fi actually works well (I was working remotely part of the time), and the shower has proper water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in older Warsaw buildings.

Now, I’ll be real with you – the 7.3 rating makes sense because there are definitely some quirks. The street can get a bit noisy on weekend evenings since you’re close to the nightlife area, though it wasn’t anything earplugs couldn’t handle. Check-in was sort of informal – more like meeting someone to get keys rather than a traditional hotel desk situation, which some people love and others find stressful. I actually liked it because the host gave me proper local recommendations, not just the touristy stuff. They told me about this incredible pierogi place on Bracka Street that I never would’ve found otherwise. The cleaning could be a touch more thorough between guests, but nothing deal-breaking. What really won me over was the location advantage – you can walk to Łazienki Park when you need green space, hit up the trendy Powiśle district along the river, or just wander the beautifully reconstructed Old Town. For the price point in this part of Warsaw, especially during peak season, you’re getting solid value. It’s not Instagram-perfect, but it feels like staying in someone’s actual Warsaw apartment, which is exactly what some travelers are looking for.
