  El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, con mucha luz y buen espacio para trabajar o pasar un rato. Justo abajo hay un buen lugar de crepas y otro con un desayuno bastante bueno.

  Si bien cuenta con lavadora, el espacio para poner el detergente estaba tan lleno de hongos, que optamos por no utilizarla.

  1. Location is great, metro station just 5 minutes away, bus stops, very convenient. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and shops around.

  3. Hot water pressure was great, and it was warm inside the flat despite that outside was quite cold very often (7 to 14 degrees).
  4. Nice shampoo and shower gel provided.

  6. Fast and efficient customer support from the property agency.
  
  What could be improved: 1. When we arrived, there was one quite serious issue with cleaning service from previous guests, however, after I called to customer support of the flat, they sent us cleaning lady within 1 hour, and solved the problem.
  I truly appreciate the fast and efficient service provided both by Support team and housekeeping staff. Just because this issue, I can not give a higher rating.
  2. Lack of basic kitchen supplies: we just had salt provided. No oil, no heat protection gloves 🧤 (there is an oven, so for sure guests need it), no baking paper, pepper was empty.
  3. Smart TV should be replaced as well. The current one Sony, seems first generation of smart tv, so YouTube worked very very slow. It’s like you make one click, and have to wait some time till the TV reacted.
  So if these issues are resolved, the flag might be solid 8-9 points.

  Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt!
  In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, auch ausreichend Töpfe (3) und Pfannen (2) zum Kochen.
  Es gab genaue Informationen zum Check-In durch Renters. Außerdem wurde unsere Anfrage im Service-Chat sofort beantwortet.
  
  What could be improved: Die Klospülung funktionierte leider nicht einwandfrei (der Kundenservice reagierte aber schnell auf das Problem).
  Wir haben einen Smart-TV erwartet, weil das in der Beschreibung angekündigt wurde. Leider war der Fernseher schon älter und es war sehr kompliziert, YouTube oder Netflix zu öffnen.
