You know what? I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Warsaw, and the Elektoralna Comfort Apartment really surprised me in the best way. First off, the location on Elektoralna Street is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. I mean, you’re right in Wola – which used to be this gritty industrial district but now it’s where all the cool stuff is happening. The apartment itself feels like someone actually thought about how real people live, not just how tourists might want to Instagram their stay. The kitchen has proper utensils (I’m talking about a decent knife that can actually cut tomatoes), and there’s this little breakfast nook by the window where you can watch the morning rush on the street below. The beds are genuinely comfortable too – none of that rock-hard European mattress nonsense that some places seem to think builds character.

What I really loved is how walkable everything is from here. You’re maybe fifteen minutes on foot to the Old Town if you’re feeling ambitious, but honestly, the tram connections are so good you don’t need to be a hero about it. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally around the corner (trust me, you’ll become best friends with Żabka), and this little pierogi place called Zapiecek about three blocks down that locals actually eat at – not just tourists. The neighborhood has this lived-in feeling during the day, with people heading to work and kids going to school, but it quiets down nicely in the evenings. I was worried about street noise since it’s right on Elektoralna, but the windows are actually pretty good at keeping things peaceful.

The apartment management deserves credit too – check-in was smooth, they responded quickly when I had a question about the washing machine (which works great, by the way), and they left this little welcome packet with actual useful information about the area, not just generic tourist stuff. The WiFi is solid, the shower has proper water pressure, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack if you’re staying more than a couple nights. Look, it’s not going to win any design awards – the décor is pretty standard modern apartment fare – but everything works, it’s clean, and it feels like a real place where you can settle in for a bit. For the price point in this part of Warsaw, especially considering you get a full kitchen and the location, I’d definitely book it again. Just bring some coffee from home if you’re picky about that sort of thing – the instant stuff they provide gets the job done, but barely.

  Very good location. Apartment was well equipped, clean. Process from the manager's side was automatic and simple. Renovation seemed fresh and new. Storage room, iron, drying rack and washing machine were all great and there. Apartment was very roomy.
  
  What could be improved: Some minor inconveniences that I also reported to the management company. They were a bit hard to reach – didn't answer the phone (I was on hold for a long time), messages were answered also with a delay. Closest shop was a bit far. Upper neighbours could be heard quite well.

  L'appartamento era dotato di un arredamento moderno. Gli spazi erano sufficientemente grandi. La posizione della struttura è tranquilla, centrale e molto semplice da raggiungere con i mezzi. C'era la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in appartamento anche prima dell'orario di check-in e l'assistenza fornita è stata chiara e tempestiva. Il Wi-Fi funzionava molto bene. La televisione permette di trasmettere con i propri dispositivi grazie al servizio chromecast.
  
  What could be improved: La fornitura di piatti e bicchieri è un po' scarsa. Non c'è un termostato per regolare la temperatura ma si può solo agire sulle manopole dei caloriferi. Un armadietto era macchiato. Non c'è posto per appoggiare la saponetta vicino al lavandino.

  What could be improved: Πολύ βρώμικα παντού..
  Έφτασα στο διαμέρισμα άνοιξα πόρτα και ήταν μάλλον από τον προηγούμενο πελάτη όλα τα σκουπίδια μέσα στο σπίτι βρώμικα παντού..
  Τους κάλεσα και μετά από 3 ώρες έστειλαν μια κοπέλα να καθαρίσει.. αλλα δεν είχε να μου δώσει καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες με ενημέρωσε θα πρέπει να περιμένω μέχρι την επόμενη μέρα για να μου παραδώσουν καθαρά..
  Γενικά δεν ήταν καθόλου εύκολο στο να επικοινωνήσω με ιδιοκτήτες…

  What could be improved: Bardzo brudny apartament. Klejące naczynia, brudne garnki, zaledwie dwa widelce i trzy łyżki. Wytłuczone niekompletne szklanki. Bardzo brudne i opalcowane meble. zielony nalot w lodówce. Firany poplamione. Brak kropli płynu do mycia naczyń. Niedziałający pilot do TV. Zapchany odpływ w kabinie prysznicowej, woda wylewała się na łazienkę a z łazienki na pokój. Brudna męska bielizna w szafie po wcześniejszych gościach. Nie polecam!

  What could be improved: Ogólnie bardzo brudno, śmieci na podłogach i pod łóżkiem, dużo włosów w łazience. W kuchni bardzo nie komfortowo brudno i klejąco, zmywarka załadowana naczyniami do umycia. Ściany odrapane i porysowane. Brak ręczników. Zaplamione zasłony i firanki, plamy na telewizorze i lustrach. Rozładowane baterie we wszystkich trzech pilotach.

  Dobra lokalizacja. Apartament jest pięknie urządzony i mógłby być komfortowy, gdyby był dobrze zarządzany.
  
  What could be improved: W apartamencie było brudno, zalegały śmieci, naczynia w szafkach kleiły się, w wazonie stały zwiędniete już i smierdzące kwiaty. Najgorszy jednak był prysznic. Woda nie spływała do odpływu, tylko zalewała początkowo całą łazienkę, a ostatecznie apartament. Serwis pojawił się 3. z 5 dni pobytu. Kontakt z gospodarzem ciężki. Mam wrażenie, że blokują nr niezadowolonych klientów. Można godzinami czekać na linii, a gdy się dzwoni z innego nr, to połączenie jest od razu.
