What could be improved: Labai prastas savininko bendravimas, į pranešimus atrašo po daugiau kaip 24 valandų, todėl apie greitą susisiekimą pamirškite. Turėjau mokėti 216 eurų už dvi naktis, o sumokėjau 236 eurus, paprašius sąskaitos - faktūros, taip ir neatsiuntė.

Visādi citādi ok apartaments, bet baigi piepīpēts, es otreiz nepaliktu. Un par pārkingu, pirms tikt pārkingā ir jāpaņem pults dzīvoklī - epastā angļu valodā tas viss neskaidri sarakstīts. Virtuvē viss nepieciešamais gatavošanai, mājā lejā ir liels pārtikas veikals, brokastis, ja slinkums gatavot, var paēst mājā esošajā beķerejā. Forša apkārtne, ir kafeinīcas, veikaliņi.

What could be improved: Vannasistabā lietus duša krūšu augstumā - un bija taču kāds idiots, kurš to nopirka, un kāds idiots, kurš to uzstādīja :)

What could be improved: Не обеспечили постельным бельём третьего человека, указанного при бронировании, не отреагировали на мой запрос, ребёнку пришлось спать без постельного белья. Кровать для пары очень узкая, душ в ванной установлен слишком низко

Do Not Stay here. the 10 ratings are frauds and the owners did not help us with our issues at all!!!

Deck was critical since it was the only way to cool down on a hot day. No air conditioning is in this apartment and no working TV. The hosts did not respond to help to the next day, and then did not help at all. Do not expect help if you have issues, and there will be issues.

What could be improved: TV was not functional, it would only turn on. No remote control for the TV. We spent 4 hours the first night and 3 hours the next day trying to get help from Booking, from Renters, and from the owner. No help until the afternoon of the second day. The technician came and said we had no remote control. Uh yes, that is what we had been saying. They thought we did not know where it was or what it looked like. He search through everything and did not find it. Now the first night we found a way to turn on the tv and select inputs, but none of the 4 HDMI ports worked. So we navigated with the single button on the bottom of the Sony TV, to a netflix app, Oh the TV is not configured to access the internet! So we were there for 4 days and 3 nights and the TV was not functional.

Even worse than having the TV out, was the service help we received, about 12 phone calls, numerous chat messages and emails, and no help until day 2 of our 3 day stay. Service was terrible, non responsive, and once arriving they just said too bad, no remote will have to wait until next week to use the TV.

Second day the temperatures reach 90 degree F or 33 C. The apartment was not bearable even with the windows open. We had to make sure we were somewhere else. The night was so hot we slept on the outdoor deck from most of the night.

Now for the little things. Opening the door requires great effort and technique. It does not just open by turning the handle. They no this and have not corrected it and likely will not correct it. There was black mold in the corners of the shower. You would think they would clean this by now. Several lights in the apartment do not work, the lights in the bedroom do not work, one light in the living room flickers around the top of the room on and off, the light above the mirror in the bathroom does not work so you cannot do makeup in there. The bed is not a queen bed, and it is about a foot off of the floor. Table in kitchen is cramped, no livingroom tables
