Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Enjoy! Marywilska, you immediately get the sense that this place knows exactly what it’s doing. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe without being sterile β honestly, it feels more like a boutique hotel than what you’d expect from the name. The staff actually seems happy to see you, which isn’t always a given in Warsaw, and they’re quick to help with directions or recommendations. The welcoming atmosphere extends throughout the property, creating an inviting environment for all guests.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about the BiaΕoΕΔka district β it’s not touristy at all, which is actually refreshing. You’re about 20 minutes from Old Town by tram, but the area itself has this authentic Warsaw feel that most visitors never experience. There’s a decent shopping center within walking distance, and I mean, the parking situation is fantastic compared to the city center. Couples seem to really appreciate the quieter neighborhood vibe β you can actually have a conversation on the street without shouting over traffic. The convenient public transportation connections make exploring the city straightforward and affordable.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious for a four-star property. What struck me most was the attention to detail β good lighting for actually reading, plenty of outlets where you need them, and a bathroom that doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a submarine. The beds are properly comfortable, not just hotel-acceptable, and the soundproofing is solid. You know what’s nice? They’ve got blackout curtains that actually work, which is rarer than it should be. The modern furnishings and thoughtful layout make the space feel even larger than it is, while climate control ensures year-round comfort.
Dining & Amenities
The breakfast spread is honestly better than some five-star places I’ve been to β they do this thing with fresh pastries that arrives throughout the morning, so you’re not stuck with day-old croissants. The restaurant serves decent Polish and international dishes, though I’d recommend exploring the neighborhood for dinner since there are some great local spots nearby. The fitness area is small but functional, and there’s a sauna that’s perfect after walking around the city all day. The kitchen facilities in select rooms are well-equipped for extended stays, featuring modern appliances and adequate counter space.
Why Guests Love It
What really sets this place apart is how it balances being professional without feeling corporate. The housekeeping is thorough, the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, and they’ve managed to create this atmosphere where business travelers and couples both feel comfortable. It’s not trying to be the fanciest hotel in Warsaw β it’s just doing everything well without the premium price tag. Plus, that 8.5 rating isn’t just numbers; you can feel it in how smoothly everything runs and how the staff genuinely seems to care about your stay. The apartment-style options provide flexibility for different guest needs, making it suitable for both short visits and extended business trips.
Hotel in Warsaw booking should be done early, especially during major cultural festivals when the city hosts internationally significant music and arts events.

Exceptional
It was comfortable and peaceful neighbourhood
What could be improved: I don't wanna lie.....I liked everything about it
Everything was good.
The apartment is in the new building, everything looks quite new. Rooms are spacious and light, clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. I've got clear instructions how to find the building and keys, where are the parking place. Big plus private underground garage. Windows looks to big children playground. I highly recommend this apartment for families with small children.
What could be improved: I only missed the chemistry for washing machine. Another strange thing was beddings: we were 4, but we got only 2 big beddings. Ok, I can share with my husband, but for children I prefer separate beddings.
Amazing
It was quiet and public transportation was right across the stree
What could be improved: A bit far from city center
Good

What could be improved: rude communication with host, there was not enough blankets and the host refused to bring another one

Exceptional
The apartment is really clean and spacious and have all what you need for a stay. There is even parking on the fenced yard. The host was great and even put a baby bed for our 1 year old.
What could be improved: The only thing that was "missing" was a light over the sink when u wash the dishes. But overall the apartment was great - nothing bad to say π
