Overview
First Impressions
Walking into erApartments Oxygen Residence, you immediately get that “this is different” feeling — and I mean that in the best way. It’s not trying to be a traditional hotel, which honestly works perfectly for Warsaw. The lobby has this clean, modern vibe that feels more like stepping into a well-designed friend’s building than some corporate chain. You know what really struck me? The staff actually remembers your name after the first day, which explains why so many people end up coming back here.
Location & Neighborhood
The Wola district location is actually brilliant — I was skeptical at first, but it turns out to be one of those insider secrets locals know about. You’re close enough to the action without dealing with Old Town tourist crowds, and the area has this authentic Warsaw energy that’s hard to find elsewhere. There’s a tram stop practically at your doorstep, and getting to the central areas takes maybe 15 minutes. Plus, couples seem to absolutely love it here — apparently they rate the location 9.4 out of 10, which honestly doesn’t surprise me after staying there.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — each apartment feels like someone’s actual home, complete with a proper kitchen that you’ll actually want to use. I mean, the beds are ridiculously comfortable (seriously, I slept better there than I do at home), but having that extra space to spread out makes such a difference. The apartments have this thoughtful layout where everything just makes sense — you’re not constantly bumping into furniture or searching for outlets. And can we talk about the parking? Having your own spot right on-site in Warsaw is basically like winning the lottery.
Daily Life at the Property
What I love about this place is how it lets you live like a local rather than just passing through. You can grab groceries and cook breakfast in your own space, or venture out to try that new restaurant down the street — either way works perfectly. The building itself is quiet enough that you forget you’re in a major city, but step outside and Warsaw’s energy hits you immediately. The whole setup just encourages you to settle in and actually experience the city rather than rushing from tourist spot to tourist spot.
Why Guests Love It
This four-star property has figured out something that bigger hotels often miss — it’s the little things that matter. People keep coming back because it feels familiar, not foreign. The combination of space, location, and genuine hospitality creates this perfect storm where you actually want to extend your stay. Whether you’re here for business or exploring Warsaw with someone special, erApartments Oxygen Residence gives you that rare feeling of being a temporary local rather than just another tourist checking boxes.
Exploring Warsaw offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s resilient capital, from its meticulously reconstructed Old Town to its modern skyline and rich cultural heritage.

Guest Reviews
Very Good
3 different apartments and all were ok. Nice location close to food halls and historical center.
Nice place to stay
Nice comfy apartment, pleasant location
Nice stay
Nice apartment, great location.
What could be improved: Had to do a video call verification before moving in- cold approach.
Great value for money and exactly as expected.
A clean, cozy, and neatly renovated small apartment in a newly built complex, located in a modern central district of Warsaw. Perfect for a family or romantic weekend. Excellent transport connections, just 20 minutes from Warsaw’s main attractions. Perfect communication with the owners. Underground parking with direct elevator access from your car to your floor. A reliable home security system. Shops, pharmacies, and cafés are nearby.
What could be improved: The window faces an abandoned building, but if you're visiting Warsaw for the experiences the city offers, this is just a small, insignificant detail.
Exceptional
Everything was super clean, not the first rime in Warsaw, and not the first time to book something familiar in this place. Bit I can tell that it,s high quality.
Great value and location. Quite a nice place if you are going single or with a partner.
PROs:
- The check-in instructions were easy to follow.
- The location is great and it served my purpose in regards to my visit which was mostly business oriented
- The area felt safe at night and there are several stores nearby (including a LIDL in ~1km walking distance)
- Wi-Fi was great. I had to work remotely from location a few times and I had no issues with it
What could be improved: CONs:
- Only had 2 body towels for a 5 night stay
- Had issues opening the door a few times, the accomodation replied super fast even though it was close to midnight, meanwhile I had found a way move the handle a bit which sorted my issue
Location 10 from 10!
The location was more than convenient for me. Everything I needed for my 10 days of stay was within walking distance. For places further away from me, I used Uber or Bolt. There is a restaurant and a manicure salon in the building. The drugstore is across the street, as is the supermarket. The hairdresser's is opposite the supermarket. And further on there are bars, cafes, great restaurants, a solarium, a seamstress and small shops.
What could be improved: I didn't like the savings on little things. For the 10 days that I lived there, they left me two capsules of coffee, tea for two cups, two small packets of sugar and one (!!!) garbage bag))) But I will still give this apartment 10 points. Because I hope that when I come there next time (and I will definitely come), at least there will be more garbage bags :)
Very nice and clean apartment with a lot of restaurants around the area.
Nice apartment and close to restaurants.
What could be improved: You need to take a bus to get to the old town.
Great staying definitely I would definitely stay again!!!
