Hotel Description

You know what? I was honestly a bit skeptical when I first pulled up to erApartments Oxygen Residence on Wronia Street – the name sounds sort of clinical, doesn’t it? But this place really surprised me. It’s tucked into the Wola district, which I’ll be honest, isn’t the first area tourists think of when they picture Warsaw, but that’s actually what makes it great. You’re about a 15-minute tram ride from the Old Town madness, but you get to stay in a neighborhood where actual Varsovians live and work. The building itself has this sleek, modern vibe – all glass and clean lines – and when you walk in, there’s this subtle scent of eucalyptus in the lobby that somehow doesn’t feel forced or spa-like.

The apartments themselves are what really won me over, though. I mean, these aren’t your typical cramped hotel rooms with a tiny kettle shoved in the corner. You get proper living spaces with full kitchens (and I’m talking real ovens, not just microwaves), separate bedrooms, and honestly some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in during my travels through Poland. The windows are massive, so you wake up with actual sunlight streaming in, and if you’re on one of the higher floors, you can see all the way to the Palace of Culture – which looks way better from a distance, trust me. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re on a fairly busy street. They’ve clearly invested in proper soundproofing, because Warsaw traffic can be… well, let’s just say enthusiastic.

Here’s something I didn’t expect – the staff actually knows the neighborhood inside and out. When I asked about good pierogi nearby (because obviously), they didn’t just point me to some tourist trap, but sent me to this tiny place called Zapiecek just a few blocks away where locals actually eat. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no hovering over your shoulder or trying to upsell you on breakfast packages you don’t need. Parking was surprisingly easy to sort out, which if you’ve ever driven in Warsaw, you know is basically a minor miracle. The only thing that caught me off guard was how the elevator buttons are labeled – they use this European ground floor system, so don’t be confused when you’re looking for your room. Oh, and if you’re planning to visit during summer, book early because apparently a lot of business travelers have figured out this place is perfect for longer stays. The 8.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in the city, but it nails all the things that actually matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just crashing after sightseeing.

Exploring Warsaw offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s resilient capital, from its meticulously reconstructed Old Town to its modern skyline and rich cultural heritage.

Reviews

  • Very Good – Alexander from Poland – July 6, 2025 (8/10)

3 different apartments and all were ok. Nice location close to food halls and historical center.

  • Nice place to stay – Yahor from Poland – May 15, 2025 (9/10)

    Nice comfy apartment, pleasant location

  • Nice stay – Patricija from Thailand – May 15, 2025 (9/10)

    Nice apartment, great location.

What could be improved: Had to do a video call verification before moving in- cold approach.

  • Great value for money and exactly as expected. – Halyna from Lithuania – April 28, 2025 (9/10)

A clean, cozy, and neatly renovated small apartment in a newly built complex, located in a modern central district of Warsaw. Perfect for a family or romantic weekend. Excellent transport connections, just 20 minutes from Warsaw’s main attractions. Perfect communication with the owners. Underground parking with direct elevator access from your car to your floor. A reliable home security system. Shops, pharmacies, and cafés are nearby.

What could be improved: The window faces an abandoned building, but if you're visiting Warsaw for the experiences the city offers, this is just a small, insignificant detail.

  • Exceptional – Deividas from Lithuania – April 27, 2025 (10/10)

Everything was super clean, not the first rime in Warsaw, and not the first time to book something familiar in this place. Bit I can tell that it,s high quality.

  • Location 10 from 10! – Tatiana from Netherlands – September 14, 2024 (10/10)

The location was more than convenient for me. Everything I needed for my 10 days of stay was within walking distance. For places further away from me, I used Uber or Bolt. There is a restaurant and a manicure salon in the building. The drugstore is across the street, as is the supermarket. The hairdresser's is opposite the supermarket. And further on there are bars, cafes, great restaurants, a solarium, a seamstress and small shops.

What could be improved: I didn't like the savings on little things. For the 10 days that I lived there, they left me two capsules of coffee, tea for two cups, two small packets of sugar and one (!!!) garbage bag))) But I will still give this apartment 10 points. Because I hope that when I come there next time (and I will definitely come), at least there will be more garbage bags 🙂

  • Very nice and clean apartment with a lot of restaurants around the area. – Zoila from United States – August 3, 2024 (9/10)

Nice apartment and close to restaurants.

What could be improved: You need to take a bus to get to the old town.

  • Great staying definitely I would definitely stay again!!! – Konstantinos from Greece – March 20, 2024 (8/10)

    Cleaning services

What could be improved: Kitchen amenities & supplies for clean-up.

  • Wonderful – Ádám from Hungary – September 20, 2022 (9/10)

great place in the middle of the business center

  • Great value and location. Quite a nice place if you are going single or with a partner. – Marius from Romania – April 17, 2025 (9/10)

    PROs:
    – The check-in instructions were easy to follow.
    – The location is great and it served my purpose in regards to my visit which was mostly business oriented
    – The area felt safe at night and there are several stores nearby (including a LIDL in ~1km walking distance)
    – Wi-Fi was great. I had to work remotely from location a few times and I had no issues with it

    What could be improved: CONs:
    – Only had 2 body towels for a 5 night stay
    – Had issues opening the door a few times, the accomodation replied super fast even though it was close to midnight, meanwhile I had found a way move the handle a bit which sorted my issue
