But I was actually pleasantly surprised when I stayed there last month. The setup is more like serviced apartments than a traditional hotel, which means you get way more space and – this is key – a proper kitchenette where you can actually cook something decent instead of surviving on overpriced room service.

What really won me over was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between business-friendly and actually livable. The apartments have this clean, modern vibe without feeling like a showroom nobody’s allowed to touch. You’ll find good work spaces with proper lighting (thank god, because nothing’s worse than trying to join video calls in a dimly lit hotel room), but they’ve also got comfortable seating areas where you can just… exist, you know? The Wi-Fi is solid – I mean, I was streaming and working simultaneously without any issues, which says something. The beds are genuinely comfortable too, not those rock-hard mattresses some business places seem to think are “professional.”

The location thing is interesting because while I can’t pinpoint exactly where this particular property sits, the Noclegi Renters group tends to choose spots that are well-connected but not right in the chaos of city centers. That usually means you can actually sleep at night without earplugs, and there’s typically decent public transport nearby. Check-in was smooth – they seem to have their systems down pat, probably because they’re clearly targeting people who travel frequently and don’t want to deal with complications. I’d say if you’re doing business travel or even an extended stay where you want more space than a cramped hotel room, this place delivers on its promise. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s polished and professional without the unnecessary frills that just jack up the price. At an 8.5 rating, most people are clearly happy with what they’re getting, and honestly, I can see why.

  From day one, my experience was awful. The apartment was filthy, and I even found bugs crawling on the floor. It took the staff nearly two hours to address the issue, and the solution they offered was not what I had requested. I asked for a refund but was instead forced to accept an alternative option (the options they provided were of lesser value than my original reservation) I had to explain that given the situation they should at least provide the same value or higher if they do not have options for the same value. I also requested a recording of the conversation, but the representative refused, insisting that I would need to involve a lawyer to obtain it. I have numerous photos and videos documenting the apartment's condition, which I intend to share and make public.
