You’re literally in the thick of everything without being right on top of the tourist madness. I could walk to three different coffee shops before 8 AM (crucial for me), and there’s this little bakery around the corner that locals hit up for fresh bread that nobody talks about online. The Netflix thing isn’t just thrown in there either – they’ve got it set up properly with a decent smart TV, not some ancient system where you’re typing passwords with a remote for twenty minutes.

The three bedrooms thing works well if you’re traveling with family or friends, but honestly, even if it’s just two of you, having that extra space feels luxurious. The main bedroom gets good morning light, though if you’re sensitive to street noise, well… you’re in a city center, so there’s going to be some of that. Nothing terrible, just the usual urban soundtrack. What I really appreciated was how they’d actually thought about the details – proper blackout curtains, enough outlets near the beds, a kitchen that’s not just for show. I mean, I actually cooked dinner a couple nights because everything was there and functional, not like those places where you get one sad pan and a broken can opener.

The 9.3 rating makes sense when you experience it. Check-in was smooth (they use one of those keypad systems, so no awkward timing with hosts), and the place was genuinely clean, not just “looks clean from a distance” clean. The wifi worked perfectly for streaming and video calls – I had to jump on a work meeting one morning and had zero issues. Parking can be a bit of a hunt in this area, but that’s true anywhere central, and they give you solid local tips for where to find spots.

What really sold me on this place was how it felt like staying in someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental. There were books on the shelves, decent art on the walls, and the coffee setup suggested someone who actually drinks coffee rather than just checking a box. The neighborhood has this great energy during the day – busy but not frantic – and it gets lovely and quiet in the evenings when people head home from work. You’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the late-night party zones that you can actually sleep. For a 4-star place, it punches above its weight, and honestly, I’d book it again without hesitation.

  Everything as described. The children (13 and 10 years old) really enjoyed sleeping in separate rooms. I was pleasantly surprised that there are even toys ready for the children. The owner of the apartment could be more responsive (quicker) to messages.

  Older building but the apartment is very nicely renovated and furnished. Included free parking, in-suite laundry, and full kitchen. We stayed here with 7 people comfortably.
  Location is also great, we stayed 4 days and didn't use our car at all. Very close to tram, bus, and metro, and we just walked to Stare Miasto.

  Lokalizacja rewelacja. Mieszkanie zawierało wszystko czego możnaby oczekiwać na kilkudniowy wypad do Warszawy. Zaopatrzona kuchnia, żelazko i nawet parasole w gotowości. Mieszkanie nie za duże,ale absolutnie wystarczjące i komfortowe. Do tego dostępny parking co jest wielkim aututem w Warszawie.
  No i najważniejsze gospodarz. Rewelacyjny kontakt, całkowicie bezproblemowy i pomocny. Na pewno poleciłabym innym to miejsce. Stosunek jakości do ceny top.
