You know what surprised me about Expo Apartment Kolejowa? It’s one of those places that completely flies under the radar despite being genuinely excellent. I mean, when I first heard the name, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – it sounds sort of corporate and bland, right? But this little 3-star spot turned out to be exactly what I didn’t know I was looking for.

The thing is, it’s got this homey apartment vibe that actually works. Not like those sterile extended-stay places that try too hard – this feels more like crashing at your friend’s really well-organized flat. The rooms have this lived-in comfort without being worn down, if that makes sense. And honestly, I’ve stayed at plenty of 4-star hotels that couldn’t touch the attention to detail here. Everything just… works. The shower pressure is actually decent (thank god), the WiFi doesn’t drop out every five minutes, and there’s proper storage space – you know, the kind of stuff that sounds boring but makes or breaks your stay when you’re living out of a suitcase.

What really got me though was how quiet it stays, even with Kolejowa in the name hinting at its railway connections. I was expecting to hear trains rumbling by all night, but it’s surprisingly peaceful. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing too – check-in was smooth, and they had this casual way of pointing out useful stuff without the whole rehearsed tourism spiel. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the hallways actually smell clean instead of like industrial air freshener masking who-knows-what. It’s those little things that add up, you know? The location works really well if you want to be connected without being right in the chaos of everything. You’re close enough to get around easily, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds stumbling past your window at 2 AM. I actually found myself walking more than I expected because the neighborhood has this authentic feel – not picture-postcard perfect, but real in a way that makes you feel like you’re experiencing the place rather than just passing through it. That 9.8 rating honestly makes sense once you’ve been there a few days. It’s not flashy or Instagram-worthy, but it gets all the fundamentals right and then some.

  This apartment was the best choice for us in Warsaw. For me the most important thing was cleanliness, this apartment was just perfectly clean! Also, it was cozy and comfortable for family of three. Everything was made to make you feel like home. I enjoyed cooking there, everything was available in the kitchen. Also my toddler had a wonderful time as he had some area for playing and even some puzzles and games were available in apartment. Meanwhile my husband who had to work enjoyed his comfy work place. All family members are happy, what can be better?) Special thanks to Ania for being such an amazing host, she replied me immediately and explained everything in detail, you just can’t get confused after getting her instructions)

  The price includes a new apartment in a new building, all the necessary amenities, great contact with the owner, very clean apartment and a comfortable bed. Quiet neighborhood, close to public transport. I recommend!

  Excellent place! Check-in instruction was very clear and simple. It was nice and smooth for us to find the place and enter the apartament. All the accommodation details were in line with the offer. I especially liked the fact that the host provided us with coffee capsules. I have been to multiple places where the hosts offer different appliances like coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher etc but no accessories to actually use them. Simply big thumb up for Ania for this! 🙂

  Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji na Targi EXPO. Bardzo wygodny. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe produkty:
  sól,pieprz, cukier. Dostępne drobne art.gospodarstwa domowego. Wszystko przemyślane aby pobyt był wygodny.

  Spędziliśmy wspaniały weekend w apartamencie w Warszawie i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni! Apartament był nowoczesny, stylowy, a przy tym bardzo przytulny. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie – wszystko było perfekcyjnie posprzątane, świeże i pachnące. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko atrakcji miasta, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Kontakt z zarządcą obiektu był świetny – bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę komfortowo. To była fantastyczna przestrzeń, w której odpoczynek był czystą przyjemnością. Zdecydowanie wrócimy!
