Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard “Falcon Apartment Center,” I was expecting some sterile corporate housing situation. But you know what? This place completely surprised me. It’s tucked right by Świętokrzyska metro station, which honestly is one of the best spots you could ask for in Warsaw. I mean, you’re literally steps from the subway, and not just any subway – this is where two major lines cross, so you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without thinking twice about it.

What really got me was how they’ve managed to feel like actual apartments rather than hotel rooms trying too hard to be homey. The spaces have that lived-in quality – good lighting (thank god, because so many places get this wrong), decent-sized windows, and kitchenettes that you’d actually want to use. I ended up making coffee there every morning instead of hunting for cafes, which saved me both time and money. The building itself sits on this busy stretch where you’ve got that mix of office workers rushing to the metro and locals doing their daily shopping – it’s got energy without being chaotic.

Here’s the thing that really sealed it for me: the whole area comes alive differently depending on when you’re there. Mornings are all business commuters, but evenings? That’s when you realize you’re in this sweet spot between the tourist center and where people actually live. You can walk to the Old Town if you want the postcard stuff, but you’re also near places like that little milk bar on Bracka street that serves pierogi for basically nothing. The 9.8 rating makes sense when you think about it – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Warsaw, but it nails the things that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just crashing after sightseeing. The metro connection means you’re never stuck, the neighborhood has genuine character, and honestly, the value is pretty incredible for what you get. I’ve stayed in much more expensive places that felt half as convenient or comfortable.

  I could not decide between a hotel room close to the airport and Falcon apartments, and I am so happy I went for Falcon apartments. Very clean, looks and smells like a brand new apartment with a little kitchen that has all you may need for a short stay. It is basically in the center, close to all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores.

  The apartment is not big but well designed. All Booking images are real. The presented equipment is thought out to the smallest detail. Comfortable bed, air conditioner is quiet and efficient.   First of all, we would like to thank the staffs of this beautiful and comfy Apartment Hotel especially Miss/Mrs. Anna who was helping us with the queries we had before and during the stay.
  Also, a big thanks to the cleaning staffs who made the apartment more hygienic and spotless place. We have never had this high standard cleaned apartment facilities before, Everything is shiny and spotless.
  The person who designed the interior has very keen knowledge of how to accommodate everything a person need in daily basis within a mere 20 sqm studio.
  The owner and the staffs of the apartment show sensibility by providing everything a person need in daily life, i.e. from toothpick to shoe shine.
  The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessities of daily life.
  The apartment is in the center of Warsaw and proximity of shops and restaurants are unbelievably close. There are numerous groceries and retail shops as well as pharmacies, clothing and cosmetic brand shops.
  The communication facility is top noch as the bus, metro and tram lines are like 2 mins walking distance.
  On top of all these, the view from the apartment is mind blowing. The apartment is on 14th floor which enables you to see the skyline of Warsaw. "The Palace of Culture and Science" is standing huge in front of your eyes. We enjoyed the colour of the season day and night.
  In a word, The vibe of the apartment is warm and homely.
