You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Warszawa Centralna station, which means you can stumble off that overnight train from Berlin and actually be in bed within twenty minutes. That’s worth something when you’re dragging a suitcase through cobblestones at midnight.

The thing about staying near Central Station is that everyone assumes it’s going to be sketchy or loud, but this area has really cleaned up over the past few years. I mean, you’ll hear some train noise if you’re a super light sleeper, but it’s more of a gentle rumble than anything jarring. What I actually loved was how walkable everything is from here – you can hit the Palace of Culture and Science (that massive Stalin-era tower you see in every Warsaw photo) in about ten minutes, and the Old Town is maybe a 15-minute stroll through some pretty decent neighborhoods. The building itself feels more like a proper apartment than a hotel room, which is perfect if you’re staying more than a couple nights or just want space to spread out your stuff.

Here’s what really got me though – with a 9.5 rating, you’d expect some fancy amenities or over-the-top service, but it’s simpler than that. The apartment was just… well-thought-out, you know? Good water pressure (seriously underrated when you’re traveling), decent Wi-Fi that actually works in all the rooms, and a kitchen setup that’s functional if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street instead of eating out every meal. The check-in was smooth – none of that awkward waiting around in a tiny lobby situation. I stayed during shoulder season in early October, and the whole area felt lived-in rather than touristy, which I appreciated. You’ll see actual Warsaw residents going about their business instead of just other travelers taking selfies everywhere. The 3-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but honestly, sometimes basic done really well beats 4-star places trying too hard. Plus, let’s be real about Warsaw hotel prices – you’re getting solid value here without the premium you’d pay for staying right in the heart of the Old Town, and the tram connections mean you’re never really far from anywhere you want to be anyway.

  This flat has literally EVERYTHING which you could need during the travel (as an example: lint remover for the cloth, women sanitary pads)!!! I personally had never seen such a well equipped flat! Kitchen had sunflower oil, tea and coffee. Very warm bathroom with pleasant smell inside. Heating radiators with regulation. Flat has a balcony closed by windows.

  Once inside the apartment I was very pleased. It is comfortable, clean and well equipped. everything was as described. Its location to the Central Train Station was so convenient to reach all the tourist spots of the City plus many other parts. It’s an excellent spot.

  The apartment was lovely and welcoming. Had a lovely fresh feel to the place. It was well laid out . The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen felt very luxurious. It was on the 6th floor so had lovely views out of the windows.

  Staying in this apartment for the second time and only positive impressions. Extremely convenient location (5 minutes walk from the Central Station), everything you need in the room, spacious enough bathroom (with my size this is an important advantage 😉 ).

  Host was very responsive and accommodating. The apartment had everything you need and nothing you don’t. It was immaculately clean. It also had a nice view. Clothes dried quickly in the balcony. Location was across the street from train, bus and tram station.
