You know what caught me off guard about this Green Żoliborz place? It’s actually in one of Warsaw’s most genuinely livable neighborhoods, and I mean that in the best way possible. Żoliborz isn’t where most tourists end up — it’s where locals actually want to live, with these tree-lined streets and pre-war buildings that somehow survived everything. The apartment itself sits right in the middle of all that, and honestly, walking around here feels more like you’re staying in someone’s actual neighborhood rather than some touristy bubble.

The space itself is pretty straightforward — no fancy lobby or concierge, just a solid 3-star setup that does everything it needs to do well. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night (the locals here seem to actually respect normal sleeping hours), and the morning light coming through those big windows is honestly perfect for easing into the day. The kitchen setup is better than most hotel rooms give you, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights or just want to grab some pierogi from the local market and heat them up properly. I spent way too much time at the little café around the corner — there’s this older guy who runs it and makes legitimately great coffee, the kind of place where you start recognizing regulars after a few days.

Here’s the thing about staying in Żoliborz though — you’re about a 15-minute tram ride from Old Town, but that actually works in your favor because you get to see how Warsaw really functions day to day. The tram connections are solid (you’ll figure out the system pretty quickly), and there’s something nice about coming back from all the tourist stuff to a neighborhood where people are just living their lives. The apartment’s rating of 9.1 makes complete sense to me — it’s not trying to be something it’s not, just a really well-maintained place in a genuinely great part of the city. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it is closer to the center, which saved me probably hours of driving in circles looking for a spot.

  This is a modern comfortable apartment in the new district of Warsaw not far from the city center. There are many shops and cozy bars and restaurants within walking distance. We used this apartment for transit accommodation twice within a month and were fully satisfied, and it can be sutable for a long stay as well. There are all need facilities for it. But….

  There were a couple of pluses and this apartment has a good potential if owner fixes all negative stuff.
  1) Location is really perfect – it's a good new district, quiet. Lots of cafes, restaurants, groceries. Huge mall is in walking distance.
  2) Free parking is very convenient. It's a bit tricky to get there because first you need to park on the street and get the keys from the apartment and the drive to the parking, but that's OK. Instructions were a bit vague, simple link to google map point would be easier.
