The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious and well-thought-out, with these big windows that let in tons of natural light (which honestly makes all the difference during those shorter Polish winter days).

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being in the city – I mean, you’re still in Warsaw, so there’s some street noise, but nothing that keeps you up at night. The building feels solid and well-maintained, and check-in was refreshingly straightforward (none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation). The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook, which I ended up doing more than expected because there’s a decent grocery store within walking distance. There are these tree-lined streets that feel almost village-like, and you’ll stumble across little cafes and shops that definitely don’t cater to tourists.

The WiFi is solid (important for remote work), the shower has good pressure, and the bed is actually comfortable – you know how hit-or-miss that can be with apartment rentals.
