Honestly, when I first heard the name “LoftAffair,” I was expecting something a bit cheesy, but this place actually delivers on the loft concept without being pretentious about it. You walk into Flisac Apartment and immediately get why it scored a 9.4 rating – there’s this industrial-chic thing happening with exposed beams and high ceilings that doesn’t feel forced or Instagram-staged, you know? It’s more like someone who actually has good taste decided to convert a genuine loft space rather than slapping some Edison bulbs on white walls and calling it a day.

The apartment itself has this lived-in quality that I mean in the best possible way. The kitchen isn’t just for show – you’ll find proper cookware, not the usual bent spatula and one sad pot situation most places give you. I actually made breakfast there a couple mornings and the stovetop works like it should, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many “fully equipped” kitchens can’t even boil water properly. The sleeping area (it’s really more of a loft bedroom, hence the name I guess) has these huge windows that let in tons of natural light during the day, though you might want to bring an eye mask if you’re sensitive to early morning sun. The shower has excellent water pressure – honestly one of the better hotel showers I’ve experienced, and I travel a lot for work.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to small details that show someone actually thought about what travelers need. There are enough outlets near the bed for all your devices, the WiFi password is clearly posted (and actually works throughout the space), and they’ve got blackout curtains that completely close, not those decorative ones that leave gaps. The check-in process was refreshingly straightforward too – no hovering desk clerk trying to upsell you on breakfast packages or spa treatments. One thing worth noting: if you’re planning to stay during peak season, book early because places like this with character and high ratings fill up fast. Also, if you’re someone who needs complete silence to sleep, just be aware that it’s in a fairly active area, though honestly the ambient city sounds weren’t bothersome to me. The whole experience feels more like staying at a design-savvy friend’s place than a typical hotel, and at four stars with that rating, you’re getting serious value for what you pay.

  Very nice new building and furnished apartment. Parking spot in garage was comfortable to have. The reception guy at first didn’t know where we wanted to checkin, but showing the message sent for checkin solved the issue.

  Location is great, especially for concert visiting on PGE Narodny, Metro station is just in front of the building, next to the building you can find small grocery, coffee shop, bakery. The river is just across the street with nice park to walk. The building is new and apartment spacious and with modern furniture. Big terrace. Available coffee and tea pods in the kitchen.

  Just like in the pictures, very clean, location was fantastic, good parking. The managment was super friendly. They let us check in earlier so that was a big plus for us.

  Luxuriously decorated and equipped interior. In addition, everything is convenient. All materials and finishes are of excellent quality. A very comfortable bed. Perfect location right next to the metro station and in the area of many local attractions. A charming (public) terrace on the roof of the building with a beautiful view of the Vistula River, the National Stadium, and the Świętokrzyski Bridge.
