Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Focus Hotel Premium Warszawa, you immediately sense this isn’t your typical business hotel — there’s something more polished about the whole operation. The lobby has this clean, contemporary feel without being cold, and honestly, the staff seemed genuinely happy to see guests arrive. I mean, you can usually tell when hospitality is forced, but here it felt natural. The four-star rating makes perfect sense once you’re inside. The attention to detail starts from the moment you cross the threshold, with thoughtfully designed spaces that prioritize comfort and elegance.
Location & Neighborhood
The Mokotów district location is actually brilliant if you know Warsaw at all. You’re far enough from the tourist crowds to feel like you’re experiencing the real city, but close enough to everything that matters. What I loved is how couples seem to gravitate toward this area — there’s something romantic about the tree-lined streets and the way locals gather at nearby cafes. The metro connections are solid, so getting to Old Town or the business district takes maybe 15 minutes tops. This neighborhood strikes an ideal balance between accessibility and authentic local character.
The Room Experience
My room was larger than expected, with floor-to-ceiling windows that actually opened (you’d be surprised how rare that is). The design strikes this nice balance between modern and warm — think clean lines but with touches that make it feel less corporate. The bed was properly comfortable, and I appreciated the blackout curtains since Warsaw summers stay bright until late. The bathroom had good water pressure and decent toiletries, nothing fancy but definitely above average. Each element has been carefully selected to enhance your stay and ensure restful nights.
Dining & Amenities
The hotel’s restaurant serves solid Polish cuisine with some international options, though honestly, I’d recommend exploring the neighborhood eateries too — there are some gems within walking distance. What impressed me was the breakfast spread, which had both local specialties and the usual international fare. The spa facilities are compact but well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. There’s also reliable parking available, which anyone who’s driven in Warsaw will appreciate. The kitchen facilities and overall amenities reflect a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.4 rating isn’t just numbers — you feel it in the details. The housekeeping is meticulous, the front desk actually remembers your name, and there’s this sense that they’ve thought through what travelers actually need. Couples particularly seem drawn to the area’s quieter vibe and the hotel’s attention to creating a relaxing atmosphere. It’s the kind of place where you can have a proper conversation in the lobby without shouting over noise, and where the neighborhood feels safe for evening strolls. You know what really sold me? The way local guests choose to stay here too — that’s always a good sign.

Guest Reviews
Grateful for the wonderful service this stay!
We were able to get a cot for out room so that 3 of us got separate beds. An upgrade to a larger room was very appreciated so that weren't all crammed together! Clean and largely empty gym and sauna we used daily with great joy. The breakfast buffet is excellent but very overpriced. Many shops and places to eat within walking distance
What could be improved: Cost of breakfast. We stay here because it is close to family, but this is not a central location for touristic spots.
Fantastic!
Pretty much everything. The breakfast buffet was out of this world!!!!
What could be improved: Only minor quibble--it's a little far from the city center, but that's easily dealt with with a short Uber ride.

Overall, a wonderful hotel
What could be improved: I deducted 1 point from the hotel, and here’s why: there was a sign on the electric vehicle charging station stating that it was out of order. Guests should be informed about this in advance

What could be improved: NA
Wonderful
The room was spacious and clean
What could be improved: The pillows - were to “high” and uncomfortable. Also breakfast is not adequate to the price - not bad but not woow.
Exceptional
Great hotel with good breakfast
What could be improved: I could have cheaper stay than in booking but the staff proposed only expensive room
The room is nice, but the air is quite stuffy
I like the location and the interior of the hotel
What could be improved: 1. I don’t like dry air from air conditioners, but I couldn’t even open the window for ventilation at night. The reception informed me that the windows in my room don’t open, not even a few centimeters. This was one of the reasons I chose to stay at another hotel on my way back.
2. The eggs served at breakfast had an unpleasant taste, almost as if they were old — although I can’t say for certain.
3. When making the reservation, I specified that I preferred a room not facing the railway, as I was staying for just one night and wanted to enjoy a peaceful stay, which is important to me. The hotel replied that they would take this into account. However, upon check-in, I was assigned room 1127, which had both a view of and noise from the trains. I was tired and didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms, but it was disappointing that my request during booking was not taken into consideration.
Exceptional
Very clean, perfect location close to shops and a beautiful view.

A wonderful stay in a quiet and charming area
This is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel located in a peaceful neighborhood. Just a 7-minute taxi ride from the airport, it's very convenient for travelers. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I especially enjoyed the lovely on-site restaurant with delicious food. There's also a gym and sauna available for guests. I’ve already recommended this hotel to all my friends!
