You know what actually surprised me about the Four Points by Sheraton in Mokotow? It’s one of those places that quietly does everything right without making a big deal about it. I mean, when you first pull up, it doesn’t scream “look at me” like some of the flashier hotels in Warsaw’s center, but honestly – that’s part of its charm.

The Mokotow district itself is sort of this perfect sweet spot if you ask me. You’re away from the tourist chaos around the Old Town, but you can still hop on the metro and be anywhere in the city in like twenty minutes. What I really loved is that you’re staying where actual Warsovians live and work. There’s this authentic neighborhood vibe with proper cafes and shops nearby, not just souvenir stands and overpriced tourist traps. The staff here actually knows the area too – they pointed me toward this incredible pierogi place just a few blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise.

Inside, the rooms hit that sweet spot between business hotel efficiency and actual comfort. The beds are properly firm (thank god, because nothing ruins a trip like a saggy mattress), and whoever designed the lighting actually understood that people need to read and work in hotel rooms. Little things like that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just crashing between sightseeing marathons. The bathrooms are spacious enough that you’re not bumping your elbows every time you brush your teeth, and the water pressure – well, let’s just say European hotels don’t always nail this, but they definitely did here.

What really won me over though was how smoothly everything just worked. Check-in was quick without feeling rushed, the Wi-Fi actually functioned at proper speeds, and the housekeeping team seemed to have some kind of ninja-level timing where they’d refresh your room without you ever running into them in the hallway. The breakfast setup is solid too – not one of those sad continental spreads, but proper options including some Polish specialties alongside the international stuff. I’m usually a grab-coffee-and-go person, but I found myself actually sitting down to eat most mornings.

The 9.2 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Warsaw, but it nails all the fundamentals that actually matter when you’re traveling. Plus, if you’re doing business in this part of the city, you’re golden – there are office complexes and conference centers all around, but you can also walk to Morskie Oko Park when you need to decompress. Honestly, for a four-star place, it punches above its weight in terms of service and attention to detail. You’ll leave feeling like you picked well, which is really what you want from any hotel stay.

  This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and getting there was quite easy using public transport. My room was amazing and I could not have been happier with my stay. The place was really clean and cozy. I will definitely choose Four Points by Sheraton when traveling to Warsaw again.

  The hotel is very handy for the airport. There is a tram station about 5 mins walk away. A tram to Centrum takes about 20 mins. Add another 10 mins on to get to the old town. You a find a shopping center a few stops along from the hotel. The hotel is set within a mix of offices and apartment buildings. There are few small convenience stores close by, along with various cafes, restaurants and takeaways.
  The rooms were well maintained and the housekeeping team do a wonderful job, my thanks to them. The bed was big, very comfortable, lovely soft pillows. The bathroom is a good size, lovely walk in shower. There is a good sized fridge.
  We enjoyed the bar, the staff were lovely and the conservatory area is lovely to relax in. We didn't really use the restaurant as we tended to eat out when we were sightseeing.
