It’s one of those places that looks pretty unassuming from the street – I mean, the name literally is just the address – but once you’re inside, you get why it’s sitting at a 9.1 rating. I’ve stayed at plenty of three-star places that felt like they were phoning it in, but this one actually gives a damn.

The location on Franciszkańska street is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in the neighborhood rather than just passing through as a tourist. You’re close enough to walk to the main sights without being stuck in that tourist bubble where every restaurant has menus in five languages and charges double for everything. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals hit up for morning coffee – the kind of spot you’d never find if you were staying in some big chain hotel in the center. Parking can be a bit tricky during the day (it’s that kind of narrow European street situation), but evenings are fine, and honestly, you’ll probably end up walking everywhere anyway.

What really got me was how quiet it stays at night. I’m someone who usually packs earplugs because hotel walls are basically made of paper these days, but I didn’t need them here. The rooms aren’t huge – this is definitely more boutique than sprawling – but everything feels thoughtfully put together. The beds are actually comfortable (not just Instagram-pretty), and the bathrooms have decent water pressure, which, let’s be real, matters more than most travel blogs want to admit. Check-in was smooth, no weird surprises about city taxes or WiFi charges or any of that nonsense. The staff knows the area well too – they pointed me toward this little wine bar that I never would have discovered on my own, tucked away in some basement that doesn’t even have a proper sign.

I stayed during what I’d guess was shoulder season, so it wasn’t packed with families or tour groups, which kept the whole vibe pretty chill. The breakfast setup is simple but good – fresh bread, local stuff, nothing fancy but definitely better than the sad continental spreads you get at bigger places. Overall, it’s the kind of spot where you feel like you stumbled onto something locals might actually recommend to their friends visiting from out of town, rather than just another place designed to extract money from tourists and forget about them.

  Bardzo ładny apartamencik, czysty zadbany nowoczesny, zaopatrzony we wszystko co potrzeba. Wszędzie blisko, sklep Biedronka i apteka tuż za rogiem. Właściciele służą pomocą i są dostępni w każdym momencie pobytu. Na pewno tu wrócimy i będziemy polecać innym.
