This place actually delivers on the promise without being obnoxious about it. The 9.8 rating isn’t just inflated review padding; there’s real substance behind those numbers.

What struck me right away was how they’ve managed to nail that sweet spot between apartment-style independence and proper hotel service. I mean, you’ve got your own space to spread out (thank god, because hotel rooms can feel so cramped after a few days), but someone’s still taking care of the details you don’t want to think about. The apartments themselves feel genuinely stylish – not that generic “luxury” look you see everywhere, but actually thoughtful design choices. The kitchenettes are properly equipped too, which honestly saved me a fortune on eating out every meal. There’s something satisfying about making your morning coffee exactly how you like it instead of dealing with those terrible pod machines.

The location is where this place really shines, though they don’t need to shout about being in the “city center” because you’ll figure that out quickly enough. You can walk to most of the good stuff – the kind of walking where you’re actually enjoying the stroll, not trudging through sketchy areas wondering if you should’ve taken a taxi. I loved that you could duck out for groceries or a quick bite without it becoming this whole production. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where locals are actually going about their business, not just tourist central (though you’re close enough to the main attractions that it doesn’t matter). Parking can be a bit of a puzzle if you’re driving, but honestly, that’s pretty much every city center these days – at least they give you honest advice about your options instead of pretending it’s not an issue.

What really won me over were the little things that show someone’s actually thinking about the guest experience. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward, the Wi-Fi actually works properly (you’d be surprised how many places mess this up), and the whole operation feels well-run without being stuffy. It’s quiet enough that you can actually sleep – the soundproofing is better than most places I’ve stayed. I also appreciated that they seem to genuinely care about maintenance; everything worked properly, which sounds basic but you know how it is with some apartment-style places where things are always half-broken. The housekeeping strikes the right balance too – thorough but not intrusive, and they’re flexible about timing if you need them to work around your schedule.   its so beautiful with all the decor that makes it so Glam and funky. Wvwry detail was thought through and I have never stayed at as beautiful place as this one by a privat owner. Be was extra comfy and the vanity bag at the bathroom was so great. Everything very beautiful and spotless clean.

  The hosts were incredible – very communicative, responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and accommodating requests. Thank you! The location is also awesome, right in the middle of the city. It was perfect for easy access to stores, cafes, restaurants, public transit, etc. The apartments also have a great view of the city (especially Palace of Culture).

  It was close to coffee shops, restaurants and a small grocery on the first floor. They weren't in the hotel but in the same building just outside the security gate. The host was amazing, always checking to see if we needed anything or our room cleaned. Very accommodating host. The view was amazing and its location to malls, restaurants was super. It was super cozy and homey. Was really wonderful!

  This apartment's location is perfect, situated right in the city center with an amazing view of one of Europe's most controversial buildings. It's clean and modern, equipped with a nice kitchen and a wonderful terrace for relaxation.
