  The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped
  
  What could be improved: There was a massive construction right next to the building (see the photo from the balcony). It was noisy, they started around 6:30am. There is not much the host can do about it but I didn’t get any prior information about it.

  The area is good with many restaurants and close to transportation. Balcony but without patio furniture. The staff at the office is very helpful, and they answer the phone even when the office is closed.
  
  What could be improved: The process with the instructions to enter the entrance, to find the keys. We have to put a code in the elevator to get to the door of the room. We have to give a code to open the box with the keys. Then we have to go to the garage to give a code, etc. You will have to find somewhere to park the car, do the whole process above, so that you have the keys to be able to enter the garage using the elevator.
  It is unacceptable that the bathroom does not have a basket. We had to take the one from the kitchen. Did we have to throw the papers in the sink? The breakfast at the nearby Cafe is nothing special. Only coffee and one choice of 5 options. There is no room service, you have to pay extra money. We asked for toilet paper from the office.

  The property was easy to find & in great location!
  The building was new, clean and secure! The apartment iself was clean and comfortable!
  
  What could be improved: The apartment could really do with a few extra bits in the entrance area. At this time of the year, a welcome mat next to the entrance door is a must to clean off dirty shoes. As the floors are tiled the wet dirt from the shoes quickly covered the whole entrance with no mat. We also could not find a mop to clean it in the apartment and had to walk through that dirty area to the bathroom. It could also use a bench in that area – no comfortable spot to sit and remove the shoes!
  We also had to get an extra toilet roll, as there was only 1 left with us and was not enough.

  Our stay at the apartment was great. Everything was well-prepared, and nothing was missing. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was excellent—close to the city center, with everything easily accessible. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
