Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Good Time Apartments Warsaw City Center on Bagno Street, you immediately get that “I’m in the heart of everything” feeling. This four-star property sits right in Śródmieście — honestly, you can’t get more central than this in Warsaw. The building has that classic European charm mixed with modern touches, and I mean, the location alone makes you feel like you’ve made a smart choice before you even check in.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — each apartment actually feels like a proper living space. You’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette that’s perfect for brewing morning coffee or heating up those amazing Polish pastries you’ll inevitably buy from nearby bakeries. The layouts are thoughtful, giving you space to spread out after long days of sightseeing. What I really appreciated was how they’ve managed to make each unit feel homey without sacrificing that polished hotel standard you expect from a four-star place.
Location Perks
Here’s what the booking sites don’t tell you — you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Royal Castle and Old Town Square. But more importantly for daily life, there’s a Żabka convenience store around the corner, and the Nowy Świat shopping street is right there when you need anything. The tram connections are excellent too; you can reach pretty much anywhere in Warsaw without dealing with the hassle of driving or expensive taxis. I noticed couples seem to gravitate toward this spot, probably because it’s romantic enough for evening strolls but practical for actual exploring.
Neighborhood Vibe
Śródmieście has this perfect balance — it’s busy enough to feel alive but not so chaotic that you can’t enjoy a quiet evening. You’ve got traditional Polish restaurant options within walking distance, plus those trendy coffee spots that locals actually frequent. The area comes alive in the evenings, but it’s not the kind of party district that keeps you up all night. During the day, you’ll see a mix of tourists and Warsaw residents going about their business, which honestly makes the whole experience feel more authentic.
Why Guests Love It
The combination of space, location, and that apartment-style independence really works here. You get hotel services when you need them, but you’re not stuck with the limitations of a standard hotel room. Recent guests consistently mention the location in their reviews, and after staying here, I totally understand why. It’s one of those places where you can walk out the door and immediately feel connected to the city rather than isolated in some tourist bubble. The fact that couples rate it so highly tells you something about the atmosphere — it’s got that cozy, intimate vibe that makes Warsaw feel welcoming rather than overwhelming.

What a view!
Great location, clean, fully equiped apartment. Good bright colors used in design. And the view... Really perfect!
What could be improved: Littlebit took time to find main entrance. Apartment was smaller than i expected. In the building, elevator was very slow.
Wonderful
Cozy apartment with beautiful view, good locality. Very good equipment. Proactive communication with the owner (about check in, etc.), good instructions on how to receive the keys and find the apartment.
What could be improved: Sometimes it takes longer to wait for the elevator. Could be quite noisy with open window during the night (traffic outside).
Exceptional
The view was exceptional and the area more than convenient
Exceptional
Fantastic for a short stay. Clean and in a great location with a superb view. Close to everything you need, even the heat wasn't in a big deal when you are in such high floor
What could be improved: Nothing really
Good stay in the centre of Warsaw
The location of the apartment was excellent, not too far from the historic downtown (at a walking distance), and close to the Central train station. The apartment was clean, large enough for 4 people, with a wide sofa bed for the children.
What could be improved: Not that easy to get to the entrance door on the back side of the building, but all was then fine.
Great location, great communication and nice accommodation with decent price level
Communication is incredibly good. Fast and good answers. The apartment is located on the 11th floor, so the view is the best. from the window you can see the former Stalin's tooth of Warsaw's first skyscraper and the current cultural center. Travel to that monument less than 500 meters. The location of the apartment is in the center, but on a quiet street. Close to everything possible. Grocery stores Top Market and Zabka a short distance away. blackout curtains in the apartment. The shower is really good and the pressure in the shower is enough. The bed is good and long enough. The bedding is of high quality and the apartment is clean. The bed is wide enough for a single person. Everything you need in the kitchen. The electrical sockets could soon be replaced and there could be more sockets, the electrical sockets could remain in the hand after use. I might consider coming again when I visit Warsaw.
What could be improved: There was some smell coming from the bathroom but by keeping the door closed it stayed in the bathroom.
Wonderful
Great central location, well equiped kitchen. The apartment is small but really cosy and convenient. It wasn’t very hot even during the heatwave.
What could be improved: An AC would be nice.
The view was fantastic.
The location is perfect in the city center.
Ideal place for short brake in Warsaw
Clean comfortable, and everything you need, shop just 50m, 10 min to the clubbing street, shopping, take electric scooters for any quick journey
Very Good
Good position in city centre, nice and quite
What could be improved: The second bad's sheets were too short
