You know what really surprised me about Great Apart Kabaty? For a 3-star place, it punches way above its weight – honestly, that 9.5 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense, it’s actually deserved. I stayed here last spring when I needed something reliable in the Kabaty area, and I keep recommending it to people because it’s one of those rare finds that just gets the basics incredibly right.

The thing about this place is that it feels more like staying in a really well-run apartment building than a traditional hotel, which I mean in the best possible way. The aparthotel setup means you get proper space to spread out – none of that cramped hotel room feeling where your suitcase becomes furniture. I had a little kitchenette that was actually functional (shocking, I know), and the living area had this lived-in comfort that made evening planning sessions with maps and guidebooks actually pleasant. The beds are proper comfortable too, not those rock-hard European mattresses that leave you walking like a question mark the next morning. Kabaty itself is this interesting mix of residential Warsaw that tourists usually skip, but honestly, that’s part of the charm – you’re staying where actual people live, not in some sanitized hotel district.

What really sold me on the place was how effortless everything felt. Check-in was smooth, parking was sorted without drama (which, if you’ve driven in Warsaw, you know is basically a miracle), and the staff had that rare quality of being genuinely helpful without being hovering-parent helpful. The neighborhood gets quiet in the evenings – you can actually sleep with windows open in warmer weather without the city noise driving you crazy. It’s not fancy in that Instagram-worthy way, but it’s the kind of place where everything just works, your shower has proper pressure, and you don’t spend your vacation fighting with key cards or wondering if the wifi will cooperate for more than five minutes at a time. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

  It’s in a quiet neighborhood. And grocery stores are nearby. Very close to the bus station so it’s easy to travel to the center. I have a good time here.

  The locationof the apartment is beautiful and quiet. The apartment it self is well furnished and has everything I needed for the vist. I would recommend this place for anyone for is travelling to Warsaw. My only comment is please update the location of the partment on Google maps because when I arrived the drop off point was 4 minutes away from the actual place. I would be lost if it was not for a kind lady who turned out to be stqying in the next building helped me.

  Cozy, clean and equipped with everything I needed for my 3-night stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Checking in at 2am was not a problem (there's a key lock). It's about 10-minute walk from a metro station, where you can also find cafes and shops. There are 3 small convenience stores near the flat itself, and a big Lidl supermarket a short walk away.

  Very clean and tidy komfortable apartment, good location not far from metro station, but in quite district. Wonderful small forest and nice park in the neighborhood. Super easy Check-in with key locker and code sent in advance.
