Overview
You know what caught me off guard about this place? The name sounds like something you’d find buried on page 12 of Booking.com, but honestly, it delivers exactly what it promises – and then some. I mean, when you’re wandering around Warsaw’s city center at midnight and you can still hear the gentle hum of traffic from the main squares, you realize you’ve actually scored prime real estate here.
The apartment itself feels like staying at a friend’s place – if your friend happened to be really good at interior design and actually remembered to stock decent coffee. That washing machine they mention in the name? It’s tucked away in what I’d call a proper European bathroom, and trust me, after three days of exploring Warsaw’s cobblestone streets, you’ll appreciate being able to throw your clothes in for a spin instead of hunting down a laundromat. The WiFi actually works too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places in the old town still struggle with connectivity once you’re more than two rooms away from the router.
What really sold me was walking out the front door and realizing I could grab pierogi from that little place locals line up at (you’ll know it when you see the queue), then wander over toward the Royal Castle without dealing with trams or that confusing metro system. The building itself has that solid, pre-war feel – thick walls that actually keep the street noise down, which is something you notice when you’re trying to sleep off jet lag. I’ll be honest, the stairwell could use some love, but once you’re inside, it’s clear someone put thought into making travelers comfortable. The 9.5 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting a genuine Warsaw experience without the tourist markup you’d pay closer to the Palace of Culture. It’s the kind of spot where you end up staying an extra night because leaving feels like too much work – and because you’ve finally figured out the perfect morning routine of coffee, laundry, and planning your next adventure through the city’s maze of historic streets.
Exploring Warsaw offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s resilient capital, from its meticulously reconstructed Old Town to its modern skyline and rich cultural heritage.

Guest Reviews
Private flat in the blocks with secure access. Fully equipped kitchenette: hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and bathroom with shower. Apartment was small but comfy, there is no separate bedroom but we did not bother. Wardrobe and storage enough for couple days. All cleanings products were available. Easy check in and good communication with the owner.
Clean,nice,super.
Lovely host and superb location. At first it was a bit hard to find the right front door (it's not seen from the street at first) but after a bit of consecrating it was an easy job. Very comfortable to get the keys. Apartment is modern, nice and clean. It has all the amenities you need for comfortable stay. At night it was very quiet. Location is also amazing. You can walk around or use public transport easily.
Lokalizacja
Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanko. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Super kontakt z właścicielem.
Polecam!
Bardzo ladny, czysty i dobrze wyposazony apartament, polozony w centrum Warszawy. Mialam mozliwosc skorzystania z darmowego parkingu na terenie posesji. Dobry kontakt z wlascicielem mieszkania. Idealny jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Z chcecia wroce w to miejsce. Polecam :)
