The name sounds like a parking garage, right? But actually staying at this place on Kocjana Street completely changed my perspective on Warsaw’s Bemowo district. You know what struck me first? How quiet it is here, especially compared to the chaos around Central Station or Old Town. I mean, you’re still properly connected to everything – the Metro Młociny is close enough that you can actually walk there without breaking a sweat, and honestly, that blue line gets you downtown faster than you’d expect.

The apartment itself is one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel a bit smug about your booking skills. Two proper bedrooms (not those fake divided spaces you sometimes get), and the air conditioning actually works – which, let me tell you, matters more than you think during Warsaw’s surprisingly muggy summers. The kitchen’s got everything you need if you want to hit up the local Żabka or venture to that decent Carrefour nearby instead of eating out every meal. What I really appreciated was how the place felt lived-in rather than sterile, you know? There were actual books on the shelves, decent coffee in the cupboard, and the WiFi didn’t cut out every five minutes like some places I could mention.

Bemowo gets overlooked by most tourists, but that’s honestly part of its charm – you’ll see actual Warsaw life happening around you instead of just other travelers taking selfies. The neighborhood has this mix of communist-era blocks and newer developments that somehow works, and there’s a surprising number of decent restaurants within walking distance. I found this little pierogi place that definitely doesn’t cater to tourists, and the park nearby (Moczydło, I think?) is perfect for morning runs if that’s your thing. The 4-star rating feels about right – it’s not luxury, but everything works properly and the space is comfortable enough that you’ll actually want to hang out there in the evenings. That 7.8 rating makes sense too; it’s solid without being spectacular, though I’d bump it up a bit just for the location value and the fact that you get so much space for what you pay. If you’re planning to explore Warsaw properly rather than just hitting the tourist spots, this place gives you a real base in a real neighborhood – just don’t expect anyone at reception to speak perfect English, though they’ll definitely try their best to help you out.

Very Good

Понравился двор, детская площадка, есть свое паркоместо, две спальни в квартире с большими кроватями. Большой диван в гостиной. Вся семья отлично поместилась. Есть книги игрушки для детей.

What could be improved: Уборка номера была не достаточно добросовестной. Фасады кухни залапанные, пыль на подоконнике, под кроватью чужие носки. И посудомоечная машина не понятно как работает, моет целый день, сама не отключается.

Apartament czysty , wszystkie udogodnienia, wyposażenie kuchni znakomite a w szczególności zaparzacz do kawy,na przywitanie otrzymaliśmy słodkie i słone przekąski i napoje.Polecam lokalizacją super.

What could be improved: Nie działał klucz do garażu ,więc nie korzystałam z miejsca parkingowego,ale na szczęście było miejsce po drugiej stronie budynku
