Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to GreenPoint Hoża – I mean, it’s tucked into one of those classic Warsaw buildings that could go either way, you know? But man, was I wrong. The moment I stepped inside, it hit me how much thought went into this place. The apartment has this really clean, modern vibe that somehow doesn’t feel sterile – there’s actual personality here, which is rare for three-star properties.

What really impressed me was how they nailed the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I’m looking at you, half the apartments in this city) – it’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Żabka down the street and cook something decent. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the entire space, which… well, if you’ve stayed in Warsaw apartments before, you’ll appreciate that. And the shower pressure? Thank god, because nothing ruins a morning like standing under a sad drizzle of lukewarm water. The neighborhood itself is pretty fantastic – you’re right in the heart of things without dealing with the tourist chaos around the Old Town. Hoża Street has this great mix of locals and visitors, so you’ll find proper coffee shops that aren’t trying to gouge you, plus some really solid restaurants within walking distance. I actually ended up at this little milk bar around the corner three times because their pierogi were ridiculously good and cheap.

The building can get a bit echoey in the evenings – typical old Warsaw construction – but it’s not the kind of noise that’ll keep you up. Just the usual sounds of people living their lives, which I found kind of charming after a while. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees or surprise drama, and the host actually knew the area well enough to give decent recommendations. At a 9.5 rating, you might wonder if it’s too good to be true, but honestly? It just feels like someone put real effort into making a place they’d want to stay in themselves. That’s the difference you notice – it’s not trying to be something it’s not, just doing the fundamentals really, really well.

  Although it is located near a busy road, it was quiet with closed windows, so sleep was great at night.

  This apartment is excellent. It has a perfect location, the bus stop is located below the house and everything is close by in just 5–10 minutes. Everything was very clean, and the apartment was very comfortable and cozy. The owner of the house was very kind and answered at any time if you had any problems. I suggest 10/10

  Very nice area with bars, restaurants and shops in walkable distance to the main station. The host was very friendly and always replied within an hour after sending a message. The apartment was easy to find; a video was provided beforehand. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay; especially the balcony with a view was great to have in addition to the apartment.
