This little gem sits right on Grochowska street (hence the name, obviously), and after staying here twice now, I get why it’s pulling those crazy-high ratings.

The thing about this area is that it’s properly local – you’re not going to find tour groups wandering around taking selfies, but you will find actual Warsaw life happening around you. There’s this fantastic pierogi place about two blocks down that I stumbled onto during my second visit, and honestly, the walk there became part of my daily routine. The apartment itself feels more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in typical hotel accommodation. The check-in was refreshingly straightforward (none of that endless paperwork nonsense), and the space actually has character – I mean, you can tell someone put thought into making it livable rather than just Instagram-worthy. The kitchen’s properly equipped too, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights or just want morning coffee without hunting down a café.

What really sold me was the neighborhood vibe, especially in the evenings when things quiet down but don’t go completely dead. You’ll hear some street noise during the day – it’s Warsaw, not the countryside – but nothing that kept me awake. Parking was easier than I expected for this part of the city, though I’d still recommend asking about spots when you book. The 9.8 rating isn’t just people being nice; there’s something genuinely comfortable about staying here that makes you want to come back. It’s not fancy in that overthought boutique hotel way, but it works in all the ways that actually matter when you’re trying to get a feel for a city rather than just check boxes off a tourist list.

  It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable clean and well equipped. The underground parking was clean and easy to access. Good location. Good connection with the city centre by public transport. Lidl is just a few meters away so you can find everything you need very close to the apartment.

  Wszystko jak zawsze w porządku. To nie jest pierwszy raz, kiedy zatrzymuję się w tych apartamentach. Czystość nienaganna, komfortowo i przytulnie. Jest wszystko, co potrzebne, także do odpoczynku po pracy. Lidl znajduje się minutę od domu.

  Прекрасные апартаменты для тех, кто путешествует один. Квартира оснащена абсолютно всем, что необходимо, есть вся техника (включая стиральную машину и посудомоечную машину, кофемашина), так и разные мелочи (капсулы для стирки, все кухонные принадлежности). На балконе цветут цветы и есть столик, где можно выпить кофе.
  Хозяин отправляет очень подробные инструкции по доступу в квартиру. В квартире заботятся о раздельном сборе мусора – есть подробная инструкция, в какой контейнер выбрасывать разные отходы.
  Для машины есть место на подземной парковке
