The location is pretty sweet if you know Warsaw at all – Grzybowska puts you right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to the business district to walk to most things, but far enough from the tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep. I stayed here during a quieter week in March, and the soundproofing was solid. No random street noise filtering up, which is honestly rare for central Warsaw apartments. The building itself has this modern-but-not-trying-too-hard vibe – clean lines, good lighting in the hallways, and an elevator that actually works reliably (trust me, this matters more than you think in some Warsaw buildings). Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that overly formal hotel desk routine.

What really won me over were the little details that show someone actually thought about how people live, not just how they take Instagram photos. The kitchen setup is properly functional – I’m talking real counter space, decent-sized fridge, and appliances that don’t look like they came from 2003. The bed situation is comfortable without being ridiculously oversized, and there’s actual storage space for your stuff, which you don’t always get with apartment-style places. The Wi-Fi speeds were solid throughout (I was working remotely part of the time), and the water pressure in the shower was consistently good – honestly, these mundane things matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The whole place feels well-maintained without being sterile, if that makes sense. You can tell they actually care about the upkeep rather than just doing the bare minimum between guests. With a 9.1 rating, I wasn’t entirely surprised it lived up to the hype, but sometimes highly-rated places can feel a bit too polished. This one strikes that nice balance where everything works well but still feels comfortable and livable.

  The apartment was on the fourth floor and accessible via lift. The funishings and decor were new and modern. The apartment is in the centre of Warsaw, so it is easy to walk to the tourist activities.
