Overview
So I’ve been staying at Grzybowska39 Apartments whenever I’m in Warsaw, and honestly? It’s become my go-to spot. You know what struck me first – it’s not trying to be some fancy hotel with marble lobbies and doormen in uniforms. Instead, you get these really well-thought-out apartment-style spaces that actually feel like someone lives there (in the best way). The building itself sits right in the heart of things on Grzybowska Street, which – if you don’t know Warsaw – puts you smack in the middle of where the city’s really happening these days. I mean, you can walk to the Palace of Culture in about ten minutes, but more importantly, you’re surrounded by all these little cafés and bars that locals actually frequent.
What really gets me about this place is how they’ve nailed the details that matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than just a night or two. The kitchens are properly equipped – not just a mini-fridge and a sad little coffee maker, but actual cooking space with decent knives and pans that aren’t completely warped. The Wi-Fi actually works (I know, low bar, but you’d be surprised), and the beds are firm enough that you don’t wake up feeling like you wrestled a mattress all night. The whole vibe is clean and modern without being sterile, if that makes sense. There’s this nice balance of having everything you need without drowning in unnecessary amenities you’ll never use.
Here’s the thing though – and this is why I keep coming back – the location is just ridiculously good for exploring. You’re walking distance to both the Old Town when you want that tourist experience, but also close to Powiśle where all the interesting restaurants are popping up. The tram connections are excellent too, which honestly saves you so much time and taxi money. Parking can be a bit tricky if you’re driving (it’s Warsaw city center, after all), but there are spots nearby if you’re willing to walk a block or two. The neighborhood gets lively on weekend evenings – nothing crazy, just that good kind of city energy where you hear people heading out to dinner or drinks. If you’re a super light sleeper, maybe pack earplugs, but for most people it’s just the pleasant hum of a city that’s very much alive. That 9.2 rating isn’t just people being generous – this place really does hit that sweet spot of comfort, location, and value that’s surprisingly hard to find in European capitals these days.

Guest Reviews
The place is ideally located and very clean. My son and I loved it!
The location is great, beds were comfortable, wifi working, instruction rather clear. The host was kind, when we were a little bit late to check out.
Spacious and clean apartment which met our expectations.
Stocked with tea, coffee, bottled water, etc.
Felt extra safe as there is a 24/7 security guard in the lobby.
Gated parking for 10 PLN per 24 hrs. is actually quite a good deal as finding a spot on the street can be not so easy.
Very clean and well equipped, close to the shops, restaurants and central train station
The flat was clean, very well equipped, really felt there like at home. Very good communication with the owners.
Location perfect, with the large number of shops, restaurants, cafés within few minutes walk.
There is a possibility to park the car, just in front of the building and price for the car park is very good and reasonable. Definitely would recommend to stay there when in Warsaw
good area, convenient location, center, transport, everything is accessible. Photos correspond to reality. There is an elevator since the apartment is on the 8th floor. The view from the window is beautiful. The apartment is spacious, clean.
Great location, clean, and excellent value. Great host!
Location is the biggest advantage of this apartment, comfort was quite good but not great. Apartment was plain and clean, perfect for 1-2 nights.
Super kontakt z Wynajmującym, świetna lokalizacja, olbrzymi plus za parking pod apartamentem.
