  What could be improved: In a nutshell, the listing and what was delivered are not in line. For example, in the listing, it is written that the building would have a 24-hour front desk, but there was NOT (with a cartel within the building that states that it is not a hotel and thus there is no such assistance). In a nutshell, at 3 am in the morning, I came back from a party, the front door didn't work and I stayed outside in the middle of the night. I'm considering legal actions.

  Excellent position. The apartment was cleaned in general. Many pots and dishes. Good coffee machine but not even one complimentary capsule. I had to buy them.
  
  What could be improved: Whilst the apartment was clean, I unfortunately found several long dark hair in the bed. The linens seemed clean so I hope that it was just the cleaning person who lost them while preparing the bed. Still, this is not ok. Also, I tried to communicate with the host with no success as I had a couple of questions, on the garbage for example. All in all I stayed well but the host should place more attention to these details.

  Апартаменти в новому будинку в центрі міста. В приміщенні все нове, в тому числі і рушники. Кухня також обладнана всім новим і необхідним. До цього зупинялась постійно в іншому готелі в якому на ці дати вартість була в 2 рази вищє аніж зазвичай.
  Але апартаменти приємно вразили співвідношенням ціна/ якість і наступного разу буду бронювати саме їх.

  Excellent location, excellent facilities and well serviced clean apartment. Photos are true likeness. Very nice and cozy. Supermarket opposite and bakery under the newly built building. Will definitely use again.
