You know what? I was honestly skeptical when I first saw the name – Grzybowska Elegant Apartments in the Heart of the Capital by Renters Prestige sounds like someone fed a bunch of keywords into a generator. But after staying there twice now, I get why they went with the whole descriptive thing, because it actually delivers on what it promises. The location on Grzybowska Street is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Warsaw without feeling like you’re stuck in tourist central. You’re right in Wola, which locals know is where the city’s really happening these days – all those glass office towers mixed with the old residential blocks create this interesting energy that feels authentically Warsaw.

The apartments themselves are genuinely elegant, not just trying-too-hard fancy. I mean, the lobby has this modern minimalist thing going on with warm wood accents that immediately made me feel like I’d made a good choice. My studio had these huge windows that flooded the place with light, and honestly, the kitchen setup was better than my actual apartment back home. Everything felt substantial – thick towels, proper blackout curtains, a coffee machine that actually worked well. The 4-star rating feels about right; it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but it’s definitely a step up from your typical apartment rental. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stayed at night, even though you’re basically in the middle of everything. The building’s well-insulated, and Grzybowska itself doesn’t get the late-night party traffic that some of the streets closer to the Old Town do.

Here’s the thing that really sold me on this place – the neighborhood just works for travelers. You’ve got the Rondo ONZ metro station maybe a 7-minute walk away, which connects you to literally everywhere you’d want to go in Warsaw. But more importantly, you can walk to most of the good stuff. There’s this excellent Vietnamese place called Pho Hanoi just around the corner that locals actually eat at (always a good sign), and the whole Browary Warszawskie complex is close enough that you’ll probably end up there for dinner at least once. The staff – well, I mostly dealt with them through messages since it’s apartment-style – were actually helpful when I needed restaurant recommendations, not just the usual tourist trap suggestions. Check-in was smooth both times, though I’d recommend letting them know if you’re arriving late since it’s not a 24-hour front desk situation. The 8.6 rating makes total sense to me; it’s the kind of place where everything just works without any major complaints, but it’s not going to blow your mind either. Perfect for people who want a real apartment experience in Warsaw without sacrificing comfort or location.

  Excellent location, excellent facilities and well serviced clean apartment. Photos are true likeness. Very nice and cozy. Supermarket opposite and bakery under the newly built building. Will definitely use again.

  Excellent position. The apartment was cleaned in general. Many pots and dishes. Good coffee machine but not even one complimentary capsule. I had to buy them.
  
  What could be improved: Whilst the apartment was clean, I unfortunately found several long dark hair in the bed. The linens seemed clean so I hope that it was just the cleaning person who lost them while preparing the bed. Still, this is not ok. Also, I tried to communicate with the host with no success as I had a couple of questions, on the garbage for example. All in all I stayed well but the host should place more attention to these details.

  What could be improved: In a nutshell, the listing and what was delivered are not in line. For example, in the listing, it is written that the building would have a 24-hour front desk, but there was NOT (with a cartel within the building that states that it is not a hotel and thus there is no such assistance). In a nutshell, at 3 am in the morning, I came back from a party, the front door didn't work and I stayed outside in the middle of the night. I'm considering legal actions.

  Апартаменти в новому будинку в центрі міста. В приміщенні все нове, в тому числі і рушники. Кухня також обладнана всім новим і необхідним. До цього зупинялась постійно в іншому готелі в якому на ці дати вартість була в 2 рази вищє аніж зазвичай.
  Але апартаменти приємно вразили співвідношенням ціна/ якість і наступного разу буду бронювати саме їх.
