What could be improved: Although the apartment is well equipped, there were very few supplies, such as no washing powder, no liquid soap to wash hands, only one dishwasher tablet and one roll of toilet paper, empty kitchen. For a 5-day stay, more essentials are expected. I think it would improve the experience to be able to use everything the apartment offers (washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc.) without having to buy all the basic supplies yourself when traveling.
A deposit is required, and even after paying it, I kept receiving multiple reminders to pay.

What could be improved: Apartament trochę zniszczony (półki ledwo wiszące, wyrwany kabel antenowy, cieknący zlew, brak odpowiedniej ilości reczników). Na plus że po informacji do właściciela obiektu szybka reakcja i przeprosiny.

What could be improved: Very limited amount of toiletries - so if you are staying of longer than one night - bring your own.

Mixed experience at Grzybowska Luxury Apartment
The apartment is aesthetically pleasing and a convenient location with several cozy restaurants in close proximity. The availability of underground parking was also a plus. However, our stay was not without its challenges. The bathroom had slow-running water when we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was delivered to our door, but the selection was poor, and the food quality was disappointing. We'd recommend either cooking your own breakfast or enjoying a meal at a local cafe. There's also a Starbucks nearby, which was a delightful find. In general, the apartment provided everything we needed for a two-day stay. However, some attention to maintenance and breakfast quality would make it even better.

Great apartment and great location. Perfect for a business trip
The location is perfect. Supermarket across the road. Underground parking available and a very nice area of the city with lots of nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and fitted out to a high standard. I enjoyed the morning breakfast left at the door every morning.
What could be improved: I was there for 2 weeks for work and cooked my own meals, there could have been a few more pots or pans and some more kitchen utensils (like wooden spoon, egg lifter etc).
how poor service gets a luxury apartment down
With the information provided it was easy to get access to the apartment and indoor parking lot. The apartment is well located with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. To get to the old part of Warsaw you can take bus 106 (3,4 PLN for 20 minutes which is sufficient) or walk but that will take roughly 40 minutes. The apartment looks good at first sight in a high quality building.
What could be improved: There are quite some issues with the bathroom facilities of this apartment. Water was still running (slowly) when we first entered the bathroom in the evening. It was not possible to close the tap and this must have been known at least by the cleaning service. We informed the host early next morning. Meanwhile taking the first shower the drain was clogged and the bathroom flooded which we reported directly mentioning that we could not use the shower properly this way. We got answer 6 (!) hours after our first message that it would be forwarded to the technical team in order to address the problem promptly. Well .... nothing happened till we left the apartment after our 2 day stay. Breakfast was delivered at the apartment door at 7 am but was of a very poor quality. It is randomly chosen for you out of 2 possibilities and the host made clear no flexibility at all. For the weekend breakfast for Sunday would come with the Saturday delivery. It would not have made any difference for us as we had to throw it away and looked for a decent breakfast ourselves. Even Lidl at 600 meters from the apartment is a much better option. We do not recommend this property but really a pity because it could have had it all. How bad service brings everything down. At the end we were offered -10% off for a new stay but we do not want the stay at this place anymore.
