Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Hit Apartments Bed & Breakfast on Kłopotowskiego Street, you immediately get the sense that this isn’t your typical hotel experience. It’s tucked into a quiet residential area in Praga Północ — honestly, one of Warsaw’s most authentic neighborhoods that still feels genuinely Polish rather than touristy. The building itself has that understated charm you find in this part of the city, and I mean that in the best way possible. This four-star property manages to feel both professional and homey, which isn’t always easy to pull off.
The Neighborhood Advantage
Here’s what I love about staying in Praga Północ — you’re actually living like a local for a few days. The area has this incredible mix of old Warsaw character and new energy, with plenty of cafés and bars that locals frequent (not just tourists). You can walk to the Vistula riverbank in about ten minutes, and the views back toward the Old Town are honestly spectacular. The location gets a 9.1 rating from guests, and couples especially seem to love it here — they’ve rated it 9.0 for romantic trips, which makes total sense when you experience the quieter, more intimate vibe of this district.
Your Space
The apartment-style accommodations here are what really set this place apart from standard hotel rooms. Each unit feels like you’re staying in a well-appointed Warsaw flat rather than a generic hotel room. The spaces are thoughtfully designed with everything you actually need — I’m talking about a proper kitchenette setup that’s functional, not just decorative. You know what’s refreshing? The attention to detail in the furnishings and layout. Everything feels intentional rather than just thrown together, and there’s enough space to actually spread out and relax after a day of exploring the city.
Morning Fuel
The breakfast situation here is surprisingly solid — they offer continental, vegetarian, and buffet options, so there’s something for pretty much everyone. What I appreciate is that they don’t try to do too much; instead, they focus on doing the basics really well. The spread feels fresh and local rather than the standard international hotel fare you get everywhere else. It’s the kind of breakfast that actually prepares you for a day of walking around Warsaw rather than leaving you feeling sluggish.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.3 overall rating, this place clearly gets the fundamentals right. The private parking on-site is a genuine blessing if you’re driving — finding parking in Warsaw can be a real headache otherwise. But honestly, what guests seem to love most is the combination of independence and service you get here. You have the freedom of an apartment rental with the reliability and daily housekeeping of a proper hotel. The staff knows the neighborhood well and can point you toward the kinds of places that don’t show up in guidebooks. It’s that sweet spot between feeling like a temporary resident and being well taken care of as a guest.

What could be improved: -
We all were satisfied
We went to Warsaw for a concert, so we stayed for one night. Room was clean, beds comfortable.Breakfast very good.
What could be improved: There is no air conditioner in the room, only ventilator
Very nice rooms very spacious and seems to have been refurbed recently.
Great room and bathroom - seems to be recently refurbished. Close to Metro and Tram. Nice bars and restaurants nearby. Friendly bar staff and great breakfast.
What could be improved: Hotel bar closed at 10:45 but there were other bars nearby.
Good price for money, great location and clean.
Good value for money and good location.
What could be improved: Beds and pillow are poor.
I highly recommend this place!
The staff was very polite and helpful, always smiling and ready to do whichever favor you asked for, and it made my stay even better. The room was spacious enough for two people and very clean, good standard, the location was very good, you can walk on foot to the old town, about 2 km, it is around 500 m from the zoo and very close to a beautiful park, so if you travel with a dog it is very convenient.
What could be improved: The room was very clean, the bathroom nice, a pretty restaurant inside, the only thing I didn’t like was the floor in the hall next to the reception desk and the elevator which weren’t mopped daily..
Clean, cosy, great location
Perfect location for our needs - nice neighbourhood with shops, restaurants and cafes, very close to a big park where we could comfortably walk our dog. The room was spacious, clean and had necessary ammenities. Cleaning staff was friendly and very helpful. No problems with staying with pet. 24h reception which was helpful with any issues. Bathroom was clean, didn't have any unpleasant smells and everything was working properly.
What could be improved: The room was not the most quiet. You can hear noises from other rooms next to yours or above/below very clearly. Other guests were making a party late in the evening and it was unbearable. Fortunately the reception reacted quickly to a complaint and made the guests respect the quiet hours.
Very Good
Very good value for money and an excellent location. It’s easy to get everywhere by public transport or on foot. We’ll definitely stay here again.
What could be improved: The kitchenette could have been better equipped for preparing meals.
Wonderful
Great hotel, although a bit tricky to find - it appears as wilenska apartments but it's actually the Hit Hotel. Nevertheless, very nice place, clean and up to the standard. There's only one lift which can slow you down on a busy morning when checking out, but other than that everything was top notch.
Very Good
location, staff, clean room , lots of space !
My stay was excellent, I look forward to my return.
I never ate breakfast, I usually made my own. Dietary requirements. I asked for a quiet room and that's EXACTLY what I had. Super. The staff was always friendly helpful. I felt that the hotel was safe, clean, and quiet.
What could be improved: Once the elevator was out of order. I understand these things happen. I really have no complaints. I am coming back in two weeks. I guess that's the real statement of approval, when a person returns. Thank you.
