The moment you walk into the lobby, there’s this modern, almost boutique-y vibe that doesn’t feel corporate at all. They’ve clearly put some thought into making this place feel connected to Warsaw itself, not just dropped into it. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful (not just going through the motions), and honestly, after a long day of wandering around the Old Town, that kind of welcome matters more than you’d think.

The rooms are what you’d expect from Holiday Inn Express – clean, functional, comfortable beds – but there are these nice touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The shower pressure is fantastic (I mean, really fantastic), and the windows are thick enough that you won’t hear much street noise, which is clutch in a city like Warsaw. I was there during a pretty busy period and the Wi-Fi held up perfectly, even when I was video calling back home. Plus, and this might sound small, but the lighting in the rooms is actually good – you can read comfortably or work on your laptop without squinting or dealing with weird shadows everywhere.
