Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Hotel Boss, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone. But this place actually surprised me in the best way possible. It’s tucked away in Wawer, which honestly most tourists completely skip over, but that’s kind of the point. You’re getting a proper Warsaw neighborhood experience without the tourist trap pricing of the Old Town. The location on Żwanowiecka is pretty residential – you know, tree-lined streets, local bakeries where the staff doesn’t automatically switch to English, that sort of thing. It’s about a 20-minute tram ride to the city center, which sounds far but actually gives you time to people-watch and see how regular Varsovians live their lives.
The hotel itself feels like someone took a 3-star property and actually cared about the details. I mean, sure, it’s not going to blow you away with marble lobbies or anything fancy like that, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable (and I’m pretty picky about mattresses), and the staff genuinely seems to want you to have a good time. What really got me was the breakfast – they do this thing with fresh bread from a local bakery that arrives around 7 AM, still warm. You can smell it in the hallway, which is either going to make you very happy or very hungry if you’re trying to sleep in. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, which honestly can’t be said for some much fancier places I’ve stayed in Warsaw.
Here’s what I wish someone had told me before I booked: parking is free, which is huge if you’re driving in Warsaw, but the spots fill up fast during weekends when locals are visiting family in the area. The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after 9 PM – great for sleeping, but don’t expect late-night dining options within walking distance. There’s a decent grocery store about five minutes away if you need supplies, and the tram stop is literally across the street. The 8.8 rating makes sense to me because this place delivers exactly what it promises without any pretense. It’s not trying to be boutique or luxury – it’s just a solid, well-run hotel where you can get a good night’s sleep and start your Warsaw adventure without breaking the bank. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Very clean and quiet place, it is a top hotel like 5 stars
Comfortable and friendly hotel with great parking — ideal for a road trip. – Тagui from Netherlands – August 4, 2025 (10/10)
Spacious room, very friendly staff, and a large parking lot — perfect if you’re traveling by car. We appreciated the flexibility, as we arrived at 5 a.m. and were able to check in early for an extra fee. A good three-star hotel overall.
What could be improved: The location is a bit far from the city center, but manageable if you have a car.Pleasant overnight stay. – John from United Kingdom – August 2, 2025 (9/10)
Very convenient near the Warsaw Southern Ring Road. Plenty of parking. Room was a decent size and there was Air Conditioning, which is unusual for a hotel in this price bracket.. Bed was fine. Excellent breakfast. Good value overall.
What could be improved: Room had a kettle but no cups or tea or coffee, but this might have just been a one off error. We were not bothered. Bathroom was rather small and sink drainage was poor. However, we managed this well. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Food was good, and staff did well, but menu was very limited and I didn't feel that it was very good value.Exceptional – Karlis from Latvia – July 31, 2025 (10/10)
Fantastic breakfast, good parking
Great, magnificent hotel. Every aspect of it was amazing. I truly had the pleasure to stay in it – Ali from Iraq – July 6, 2025 (10/10)
The hotel was amazing. One of the best hotels I have ever been in Poland m. It truly exceeded my expectations. I would give it 4 stars not only 3.
What could be improved: Nothing in general. One of the best picks for me. I would say maybe it won’t be ideal if you don’t have a car. Also, the rooms don’t come with fridges for some reason but this I noticed in almost all Polish hotelsWonderful – Ruta from Lithuania – June 30, 2025 (9/10)
Everything perfect, clean and cozy room, possibility of late check in
What could be improved: The cleaners starting to work in the early morning and loudly talking on their walkies talkies, because of that not possible to sleepCozy hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city – Laura from Lithuania – June 21, 2025 (10/10)
I like such countryside hotels with an atmosphere of unhurriedness, tranquility, and a sense of being stuck in time. The booked rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was continental, but there was a wide selection and it was tasty. Wide and guarded free parking. We were satisfied with the choice of this hotel.
What could be improved: There could be some complaints about the creaky mattresses in one of the rooms and the weak water flow from the showerhead in another, but overall everything was fine.Wonderful – Mareks from Latvia – June 21, 2025 (9/10)
Room was perfect for me as solo (business trip) – right size, right sound isolation, right cozy furnished room.
Enjoyed the short stay and – the 121% perfect breakfast!Wonderful – Henrique from Poland – June 2, 2025 (9/10)
the food is great, the best kotlet schabowy ive ever tasted, the room had a wooden interior design. The staff speaks english . It’s a quiet, laid-back hotel.
Wonderful – Elli from Greece – April 16, 2025 (9/10)
Rich breakfast with a wide range of opening hours, comfortable parking for cars without any problem finding a spot, beautiful smell in the hall and corridors of the hotel.
What could be improved: More special bathroom products and a better hair dryer would definitely be a value add to the hotel.
