Hotel Łazienkowski Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Hotel Łazienkowski on a quiet side street in Warsaw‘s Śródmieście district, you immediately get the sense this is a place that knows its regulars. The lobby isn’t flashy — it’s got that comfortable, lived-in feeling that makes you think the staff actually remembers your name after the first night. I mean, there’s something to be said for a three-star hotel that doesn’t try to be something it’s not, and this place nails that authentic Warsaw hospitality vibe. The attention to detail in the common areas reflects a genuine commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction.
Location That Actually Matters
Here’s what I love about the location — you’re right in the heart of things without being on some tourist-packed main drag. The address puts you within walking distance of the Royal Castle and Old Town, but honestly, it’s the little things that matter more. There’s a great pierogi spot two blocks away, and you can actually find parking here, which anyone who’s driven in Warsaw will tell you is basically a miracle. Couples seem to get it — they’re rating the location nearly 9 out of 10, and I can see why. It’s romantic without being overly touristy. The neighborhood offers an authentic slice of Warsaw life with excellent access to public transportation and local attractions.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was clean and functional — no surprises, but no disappointments either. You know what struck me? The windows actually open properly, and the heating works without sounding like a freight train. These might seem like small details, but when you’re dealing with older buildings in Warsaw, these things matter. The beds are comfortable enough, and there’s decent storage space, which is more than I can say for some places that charge twice as much. Each room is thoughtfully maintained to ensure a restful stay.
Breakfast and Daily Rhythms
The continental breakfast setup is pretty standard — nothing fancy, but they do fresh bread well, and the coffee is actually drinkable. What I noticed is how many guests seemed to know each other, or at least the staff. Turns out this place has way more repeat visitors than most hotels, and after staying here, I get it. There’s something comforting about a place where the front desk remembers how you like your morning coffee. The dining area creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to linger and connect.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
Look, Hotel Łazienkowski isn’t going to blow you away with fancy amenities or Instagram-worthy interiors. But here’s the thing — it delivers exactly what it promises, and it does it consistently. The location scores keep climbing because people realize how well-connected this spot actually is. You’re close enough to walk to major sights, but far enough from the crowds that you can actually get some sleep. Plus, having reliable private parking in central Warsaw? That alone makes this place worth considering, especially if you’re planning to explore beyond the city center. This three-star hotel represents excellent value for travelers seeking authentic Warsaw hospitality.
Warsaw’s apartments offer spacious accommodations with modern amenities, perfect for business travelers wanting to experience daily life in this rapidly developing European capital.

Reviews of Hotel Łazienkowski
Very Good – Irmante from Lithuania – January 1, 2025 (8/10)
The hotel looks clean, clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, breakfast modest but tasty, the location is fine, quiet and peaceful area, near huge park. The gentleman working in a reception was friendly and helpful. I liked the thoughtful extras provided in the room, such as a vanity box, a sponge for boots, a bag for dirty laundry, and complimentary bottles of water. Small bridge in the room. Private parking was available and reasonably priced, which was convenient. We stayed for 1 night only on New Years Eve, so it was a costly option. We’d stay here again, but it wouldn’t be our first or second choice due to the cost. While clean, comfortable, and quiet, it feels a bit overpriced compared to other options.
What could be improved: The hotel itself is quite old and could benefit from a renovation to modernize its appearance. The WiFi code is only available at the reception, so you need to remember to pick it up.We couldn’t find an elevator, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. The reception woman wasn’t very friendly, which was a bit off-putting compared to the warm reception from the gentleman. The TV offered limited channels, which might not appeal to everyone.Staff from heaven, great value for money – Agata from Czech Republic – December 5, 2024 (9/10)
Fantastic staff, good location, great food, quiet with homely feel. This is a place for people who value straightforward places without the fancy fluff. Having several, difficult to manage food restrictions staff prepared breakfast that met them all without any additional cost. They went out of their way each day coming up with new ideas on what to serve and confirming each with us. 11/10 for dedication. Food was Polish staples, all done with fresh ingredients.
What could be improved: Some amenities are reaching end of life stage. It is reflected in a very reasonable price but for some it would be not enough.Wonderful – Tomaš from Lithuania – August 19, 2024 (9/10)
