Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Hotel Reytan on a quiet street in Mokotów, you immediately get the sense this is one of those places locals actually know about. It’s a solid three-star property that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — and honestly, that’s exactly what makes it work so well. The building has this understated Polish charm, and you can tell right away that they’ve put thought into the details without going overboard.
The Mokotów Advantage
Here’s what I love about staying in this part of Warsaw — you’re close enough to everything that matters, but you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos of the Old Town. Mokotów has this residential feel where you can actually see how people live here, with tree-lined streets and local cafes that aren’t trying to fleece visitors. The metro connections are solid (Pole Mokotowskie station is your friend), and you can walk to some genuinely good restaurants that most tourists never find. I mean, couples are rating the location 9.0 out of 10, which tells you something about how well-positioned this place really is.
Your Room and the Space
The room I stayed in was clean and functional — nothing fancy, but everything worked properly, which is more than I can say for some places. The beds are comfortable enough that you’ll actually sleep well, and there’s decent storage space for your stuff. What struck me was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re still in the city. The windows are well-insulated, and since it’s a residential street, you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise.
Morning Fuel
The buffet breakfast is where Hotel Reytan really shows its value. It’s not just the usual sad continental spread — they’ve got proper Polish options alongside the international stuff, and the coffee is actually drinkable. You know what impressed me? They keep everything fresh and restocked, even during the slower weekday mornings. Plus, having your own parking spot right at the hotel is a game-changer if you’re driving around Poland — trust me on this one, finding parking in Warsaw can be a nightmare elsewhere.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
There’s something to be said for a place that has more repeat guests than most other properties in the area. After staying here, I get it — it’s that sweet spot where the service is genuinely helpful without being overly formal, and the whole experience just feels reliable. The staff actually remembers you if you stay more than a couple nights, which is rare these days. It’s the kind of place where you can focus on exploring Warsaw instead of worrying about whether your hotel is going to disappoint you. For the price point and the location, honestly, it’s hard to find a better balance in this city.
Exploring Warsaw offers visitors an unforgettable journey through Poland’s resilient capital, from its meticulously reconstructed Old Town to its modern skyline and rich cultural heritage.

Guest Reviews
Wonderful
It's a nice hotel for a good price. Staff is pleasant and welcoming.
Clean and nice room
The room was cozy and clean. Staff were helpful as well. It was a good experience.
What could be improved: The only thing was the budget:) The room was quite expensive for such hotel.
Wonderful
Very comfy place at a great location, we really enjoyed our short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful
What could be improved: At first, ventilation in the bathroom was a bit smelly but it went away after a few hours
Exceptional
The room was even better than it looks in the photo)
Very Good
excellent breakfast. Very secure parking
Exceptional
very comfortable room, good breakfast, silence at night - my fourth stay at retain
Great choice!
Room had everything you need. And breakfasts are awesome - versatile meals for any preferences.
What could be improved: Quite small, but not critical. The painting of Warsaw on the wall spoils the room design - quite old fashioned.
Good for a short stay
Big and well equipped rooms, location nearby tram station, which could get you to city center in ~20 mins. Good breakfast.
What could be improved: We arrived on Saturday and parking outside on the street was free of charge until our leave on Monday. Staff never informed about it and we paid for parking inside the hotel, which is quite expensive. Staff could be more helpful and notify about such free parking options around. A/C is quite noisy, but was working well. Overall hotel is not very new and we were expecting a better experience for such price, but is OK for a short stay.
Would like to have stayed longer, next time😊
Good access to public transport
What could be improved: Everything fine
Recommend for a comfortable and not pricey staying
All was really nice and clean. We had air conditioning, big room, bottled water, and simply all needed. Simple but good breakfasts
