The moment you walk through those doors, there’s this immediate sense that someone really thought about every single detail. It’s not just fancy for the sake of being fancy, if that makes sense.

The lobby has this warm, sophisticated vibe that somehow manages to feel both grand and welcoming at the same time. I noticed they’ve got these beautiful Polish art pieces scattered throughout – not the touristy stuff you see everywhere, but actual local work that gives you a real sense of place. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing too, which honestly can be hit or miss even at high-end places. Check-in was smooth, and they actually remembered my name throughout the stay (small thing, but it matters). The rooms are spacious – and I mean properly spacious, not that “European spacious” where you can barely open your suitcase. Everything feels quality without being stuffy, you know? The beds are ridiculously comfortable, and the bathrooms have those rainfall showers that actually work properly. Plus the soundproofing is excellent, which is crucial if you’re staying during the busy summer months when Warsaw gets pretty lively.

What really sets this place apart though is how it sits in the city. You’re right in the heart of things – walking distance to the Old Town reconstruction and all the main attractions, but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with constant street noise. There’s this great little café just around the corner that the concierge recommended (locals actually go there, not just tourists), and honestly, having that insider knowledge available makes such a difference when you’re exploring. The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good too – I was expecting typical hotel food, but they’re doing some creative takes on Polish classics that actually work. Breakfast is extensive without being overwhelming, and they’ve got proper coffee, thank god. I stayed during a particularly busy conference week, and even then the service never felt rushed or impersonal. The 9-point-something rating it’s got makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s that rare combination of luxury that doesn’t feel pretentious and genuine hospitality that doesn’t feel forced. If you’re looking for a place that’ll give you a real taste of Warsaw while still pampering you properly, this is probably your best bet.

  The junior suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The spa area was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful, friendly and we got an early check in on Sunday. Would definitely recommend it and we will return.

  Location was central, so all tourist attractions and museums could be reached within a 30 minute walk across the whole city. The reception and housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful.

  Splendid breakfast, we really liked being able to order some things from a menu and help ourselves from the buffet, this was very good for differing dietary needs. The pool and sauna facilities were great, a lovely room, and absolutely fab marble design.

  The hotel is beautiful!! Amazing building, with a very good spa open 24/7. Very comfortable bed and very good and diverse breakfast.
