I mean, sure, the building itself isn’t going to win any architecture awards, and the shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but these feel like minor quibbles when everything else works so well. For the price point, especially considering you get a full apartment rather than just a room, it’s honestly one of the better deals I’ve found.   Тихо, спокійно, гарна локалізація, наявність парковочного місця в підземному паркінгу, чиста квартира, декілька запасних ковдр, рушників, нічого не зламано, є посудомийна машина, балкон теж є однозначно плюсом, що додає комфорту проживання, маленька кімната замикається, про це чомусь не написано в описі, рекомендую!
