The Palace of Culture and Science is literally a few minutes away, and you know what? That’s actually perfect because you’ll want to wander around that area anyway. The Old Town is easily walkable too, though I’d recommend taking the tram if you’re feeling lazy — there’s a stop right nearby. What really struck me is how this area feels authentically Warsaw, not like some sanitized tourist bubble. The neighborhood truly captures the essence of the city’s vibrant character.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was smartly designed — not huge, but every inch was used well. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly. There’s decent storage space, which matters more than you’d think when you’re living out of a suitcase. The windows are well-insulated too, so despite being in a busy part of the city, I slept well without earplugs. Natural light floods the space during the day, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Dining & Amenities

The breakfast situation is solid — nothing fancy, but they’ve got quality ingredients and the coffee is actually good. There’s a small restaurant area that doubles as a lounge space, and it’s one of those places where you might end up chatting with other travelers. I mean, the staff clearly knows what they’re doing, and they’re helpful without being overly formal. Parking can be arranged if you’re driving, though honestly, you probably won’t need a car once you’re here. The dining experience reflects the hotel’s commitment to comfort and quality.

You’re close enough to everything important that you’ll save money on transport, but the street itself isn’t overwhelmingly touristy.   Good location. We managed to find parking slot on Sunday. Good TV for whoever is interested.
  
  What could be improved: The lift is in the basement so there's no window view. Wasn't very clean. Could do with more space…when sofa is extended difficult to pass. Shower cabin isn't for tall people.

  Relativt nyoppusset og veldig rent. delikat. Hadde det meste vi trengte av fasiliteter. Kort gangavstand til gamlebyen, kiosk og offentlig transport.
  
  What could be improved: Leiligheten er en brannfelle i kjelleren. Det er ingen nødutgang, og vinduene høyt oppe på veggen er med gitter. Ingen brannvarsler eller brannslukkingsutstyr, og jeg tror den er ulovlig uten at jeg kjenner polsk regelverk. Wifi slo seg av og på utenfor vår kontroll. Sofaen og dusjen kunne trenge en fiks.
  Siden de har blandet bilder av to leiligheter, så jeg for meg at det var både et soverom og hems. Det var det ikke. Vi bodde i B, som hadde soverom men ikke hems. Så vidt vi kunne se var det heller ingen ventilasjon annet enn de to små vinduene høyt oppe på veggen. De slapp inn små fluer som beit, og vi er rødprikkete etter oppholdet.

  Très facilement nous avons trouvés les clés du logement par contre un peu plus de mal pour trouver le bon bâtiment et notre location.

  What could be improved: Nous étions 4 adultes mais seulement le canapé et une chaise pour s'assoir autour d' une table ronde… il manque un tabouret pliable !!! Mon fils dormait avec sa soeur et ils n' avaient qu' une couette d' 1 place pas asses…

  The location and the price for this apartment is good.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located in the basement. It was very hot in the summer when we were there. The first night we slept without fans was terrible; I would have paid more for better living conditions. We couldn’t stay inside because of the heat, and it was a bad experience overall. Someone put a damp mop in the wardrobe, which caused it to smell extremely bad. After we requested fans, it was slightly better, but it was still hot with temperatures over 30 degrees outside. We were there for a vacation for 8 days. They only provided toilet paper for the first 2 days and no hand soap or detergent. Instead of trying to save a little money, the hosts should provide small essentials like these to avoid making guests buy them. We bought and used a little, leaving the rest when we left. It could have been a better experience if we had been provided with some basic necessities.

  Lokalizacja super, blisko do metra, Starego Miasta, sklepów, ogrodów. Czysto, a to jest bardzo ważne. Szybki i bardzo sprawny kontakt z wynajmującymi. Cisza,spokój mimo tego że obok kursują tramwaje.
  
  What could be improved: Nie wydaje mi się że można tu mówić o tym że coś nam się nie podobało, jedynie brak ociekaczki na naczynia był trochę kłopotliwy oraz woda pryskająca spod prysznica na pralkę i pod nią podczas kąpieli.
