Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Industrial 9th Floor Central Apartment with Balcony and Views, I honestly wasn’t expecting much from the name — it sounds a bit clinical, doesn’t it? But stepping into this four-star apartment on Krochmalna Street completely changed my perspective. The industrial aesthetic actually works beautifully here, with exposed brick walls and modern fixtures creating this perfect urban loft vibe that feels authentically Warsaw.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what really struck me about staying in Warsaw‘s Wola district? It’s got this incredible energy that’s hard to find elsewhere in the city. Being right on Krochmalna puts you in the heart of everything — I mean, you’re literally walking distance from the Palace of Culture and Science, and the Old Town is just a quick tram ride away. The location feedback I kept hearing from other guests makes total sense now; couples especially seem to love how walkable everything is from here. There’s something romantic about having the whole city spread out below you, and honestly, that 9.4 location score isn’t just marketing fluff.
The Space Itself
The room — well, it’s really more like a full living space — sits on the ninth floor, and those views are something else. The balcony becomes your morning coffee spot and evening wind-down place all rolled into one. What I appreciated most was how the industrial design doesn’t feel cold or sterile; there’s warmth in the way natural light floods through those big windows. The kitchen is actually functional too, not just some tiny corner setup — I ended up cooking a few meals because, let’s face it, eating out every night in Warsaw can add up.
Practical Comforts
Here’s what I really liked about this place — it strikes that sweet spot between hotel service and apartment independence. You get your own space to spread out (crucial after long days exploring the city), but you’re not dealing with the hassle of a traditional rental. The building itself feels secure, and getting up to the ninth floor gives you this sense of being above the city bustle while still being right in the middle of it all. I actually found myself looking forward to coming back each evening, which doesn’t always happen when you’re staying somewhere new.
Why Guests Love It
After spending several nights here, I get why this place consistently scores so well with visitors. It’s that rare combination of location, space, and character that’s hard to find in Warsaw’s accommodation scene. The industrial aesthetic isn’t just trendy decoration — it feels genuine to the city’s character and history. Plus, having that balcony and those views means you’re getting a real sense of the city’s layout and rhythm. For couples especially, there’s something special about having your own little urban retreat high above the streets, with all of Warsaw’s best spots just steps away.

Pleasant
Good location, cozy apartment
What could be improved: There is no balcony, very noisy, some things are outdated, it would be maybe good to do deep cleaning of the apartment.
Wonderful
Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu, świetnie skomunikowana z różnymi częściami miasta. Samo studio Bardzo przyjemne, dobrze wyposażone.
Good location but misleading photos; no air conditioner and troublesome checkin
It was clean and in good location. Though the photos are a bit misleading.
What could be improved: There was no air conditioning and despite the days I was there were particularly hot, about 25 degrees Celsius, it was becoming hot. There was a ventilator provided but it did not help in any particular way. The apartment is located in a Soviet style panel block and the industrial in the title is just that it was not well painted during the renovation. The photographer did a great job. And finally the check-in was awful as the instructions to find the key locker were so vague I could not find it for more than 20 minutes all during raining. Called the number provided and they only sent me the photo I already had. So it was awful non helpful and annoying check in. If you do not stumble upon the back side of the building you would experience this for sure too.
No balcony
It’s relatively close to the center, free wifi. Comfortable bed and sofa.
What could be improved: No balcony. Much too hot inside, impossible to sleep, noise from the street if windows open. The cartons don’t block the sunlight, so it’s too much light to sleep since early morning. We didn’t sleep well for the 2 nights we spent in this apartment. Some elements need to be cleaned/fixed.
Exceptional
The accommodation met our expectations. With the hostess was excellent communication and agreement, she was helpful in everything. I recommend.
Nice, clean and comfortable
A 15 minutes walk from the central railway station, the condo is located near a small park, there are several caferetias and restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store in the same building and another one right on the corner. The flat is small but very cozy, clean and taken care of so it has everything for a comfortable stay.
Good
Flat is super cozy, close to tram station and nice bars
What could be improved: No shatters, the light came in at sunrise (5AM), could barely sleep
Exceptional
Generally, it is a nice neat place. Great location. Had everything that you would need. Definitely would choose it in the future again

Nice apartment
Excellent small apartment centrally located at a good price
Nice small apartment with nice city views. Reasonably close to old town, about 20min walk, and to Centrum, about 15-20 min walk. Nice area, and, although in an area with a lot of apartments, it felt very spacious. Many options for meals nearby from low price restaurants to Zabka's everywhere. Also close to a main market facility. Apartment very secure with guarded and locked entrances.
What could be improved: Advertised with a balcony, in reality 2 doors that opened to a 9 story drop. (with safety rail of course. Not really an issue but with the superb weather in Warsaw for our 4 days sitting on a balcony would have been nice. The bedroom is tiny and only just fits the bed in, a little stuffy as windows generally have to closed at night unless you can sleep with a lot of city noise.
