Okay, so this place has quite possibly the longest name I’ve ever seen for an accommodation, but honestly? Once you get past that mouthful, it’s actually a pretty solid find in Warsaw’s Praga Północ district. I mean, the self check-in thing sounds intimidating at first – you know how these systems can be – but it worked flawlessly when I arrived around 7 PM on a Tuesday. No awkward small talk with tired reception staff, just grab your keys and you’re in. The apartment itself sits on Jagiellońska street, which is one of those roads that feels properly local without being sketchy. You’ve got the Żoliborz tram connections nearby, and honestly, getting into the city center takes maybe 20 minutes if you time it right.

The separate bedroom is what really makes this work – I’ve stayed in too many “apartments” that are basically studio spaces with a curtain divider, but this actually has walls and a door you can close. The balcony faces the courtyard rather than the street, which means you’re not dealing with early morning traffic noise (though let’s be real, Warsaw mornings aren’t exactly peaceful anywhere). What surprised me was how well-equipped the kitchen area is – there’s actually proper cookware, not just the sad little coffee maker and mini-fridge combo you usually get. The whole place has that lived-in feeling without being worn down, if that makes sense. You can tell someone actually thought about what travelers need rather than just throwing together the cheapest furniture possible.

Location-wise, you’re in proper Warsaw here, not some sanitized tourist bubble. There’s a Żabka convenience store literally two minutes away – essential for late-night snack runs or morning coffee when you can’t be bothered with the kitchen setup. The neighborhood has that post-communist charm that’s either going to fascinate you or depress you, depending on your mood, but it’s definitely authentic. I walked to the Vistula riverbank one evening, which takes about fifteen minutes and gives you some nice views back toward the old town. The 8.1 rating feels about right – it’s not luxury by any stretch, and the bathroom could use some updating, but for the price point and the amount of space you get, it’s honestly hard to complain. Just don’t expect hotel-style service or daily housekeeping. This is very much a “here’s your space, figure it out yourself” kind of deal, which I actually preferred after a few days of sightseeing. Sometimes you just want to sprawl out with some takeout pierogi and not worry about disturbing anyone in the next room.

  The appartment is nice, but the size in reality is much smaller. Especially the bathroom. Even for 2 people there were no enough space. The kitchen is without the window. And as far as the appartment looks on the road there is some noice (but not critical). At the same time the apt. has everything you need, it is not new but still works and everywhere it is clean. There is a park nearby to walk with a dog. And it taked approximately 20 min to go to the city center by foot. Wifi is not bad. There is no air conditioner so in a hot days it is stuffy.

  Super pomysł z balkonem, na którym można wypić kawę lub posiedzieć. Znajdowały sie na nim fotele. Stół, przy którym można usiąść i popracować. Duże łóżko stosunkowo wygodne. Komplet kilku ręczników, czysto i schludnie, a przy tym mieszkanie w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym. Lokalizacja pozwala na spacery, co było dodatkowym atutem. Nie ma tu super luksusów, gdyby ktoś miał nierealne oczekiwania, ale w swojej cenie – to doskonała oferta. Szczerze polecam.
