Clean lines, warm wood tones, and this calming neutral palette that honestly made me want to redecorate my own apartment.

The Żerań area is sort of this emerging neighborhood that most tourists completely overlook, which is actually perfect if you want to experience Warsaw like a local. I mean, you’re not in the thick of Old Town chaos, but the trade-off is worth it – you get this authentic residential vibe with plenty of good cafes and that massive Żerań Beach Park literally a few minutes away. During summer, locals flock there for the sandy beach area along the Vistula, and I’d wake up early just to walk there with coffee from the little place downstairs before the crowds hit. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious (European hotel rooms can be shoe boxes, let’s be honest), and whoever designed the kitchen clearly understands that people actually want to cook sometimes. The bathroom has this rainfall shower that – okay, I know everyone says this – but it genuinely felt like a spa experience.

What really sold me on this place was the attention to those small details that most places completely ignore. The bedding is that perfect weight where you don’t wake up sweating, the blackout curtains actually block out light (crucial since Polish summer days stretch forever), and there’s fast wifi that doesn’t cut out every ten minutes. Parking was straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven in Warsaw will tell you is basically a miracle. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where everything just works without any drama. Sure, you might need to take a tram or call an Uber to get to the main tourist spots, but honestly? After dealing with overpriced hotel bars and lobby crowds elsewhere, coming back to this peaceful corner of Żerań felt like retreating to your own private sanctuary in the city.

  Fantastyczne miejsce 😊 Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, jasne i pięknie urządzone. Miejsce parkingowe zapewnione, wszystko zgodne z opisem i zdjęciami. Zapewniony wentylator, który w upały bardzo się przydał 🙂
  Jest ładny / przyjemny widok z balkonu – na drzewa. Odległość od kolejnego bloku spora, więc nikt w okna nie zagląda ☺️
  Blisko sklepy. Co do lokalizacji to zależy kto, gdzie potrzebuje, żeby było blisko ☺️
  Na pewno nie będę szukać innego noclegu, jeżeli będę musiała zatrzymać się w Warszawie. Nawet na siłę nie znajdę minusów 🙂
