Hotel Description
You know what? I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Warsaw over the years, and this little apartment on Jezuicka really surprised me. It’s tucked away on this narrow cobblestone street that honestly feels like you’ve stepped back a few centuries – which I mean in the best way possible. The building itself has that classic Old Town charm with thick walls that actually keep the noise down (trust me, this matters when you’re steps away from the main tourist drag). The apartment is on the second floor, and yeah, there’s no elevator, but it’s worth the climb. The moment you walk in, you get this sense that someone actually thought about how people live, not just how to cram tourists into a space.
The location is honestly perfect if you want to be in the heart of things without feeling like you’re sleeping in a fishbowl. Jezuicka street connects to the main square in about a two-minute walk, but it’s quiet enough that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 2 AM. There’s this little café called Kawiarnia Literacka just around the corner that locals actually go to – not just a tourist trap – and their pierogi are ridiculous. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel. The kitchen is fully equipped (I made breakfast there most mornings), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showerheads that actually works properly. Small thing, but you’d be amazed how many places get that wrong.
What really sold me on this place was the attention to detail that you don’t usually get at this price point. The bed is genuinely comfortable – like, I-slept-better-than-at-home comfortable – and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack if you’re staying more than a night or two. The WiFi is solid throughout the apartment, which matters if you need to get work done. The windows face the courtyard, so you get natural light without the street noise, and in the evening you can hear church bells from St. John’s Cathedral drifting over. I stayed there in October when the weather was getting crisp, and the heating worked perfectly – again, seems basic but you’d be surprised. The only minor thing is that the shower pressure drops a bit in the evenings when everyone’s getting ready for dinner, but honestly that’s pretty typical for Old Town buildings. Check-in was smooth – the property manager met me right on time and gave me actual useful recommendations, not just the standard tourist checklist. If you’re looking for that sweet spot between authentic Warsaw character and modern comfort, this place nails it.

Reviews
Good accommodation in a great location. – John from United Kingdom – June 13, 2025 (7/10)
The entrance to the apartment is located less than 10 metres from the main square in the Old Town in Warsaw. The bathroom and shower are very good. Bed and sofa beds very comfortable.
What could be improved: There is no elevator to reach the apartment which located on the 2nd floor. Before accessing the door of the apartment there is a locked gate which needs to be negotiated. It gave the impression that it was unsafe in a city that left really safe. There were many events (Late night road race, Mermaid procession, Ironman) on over the weekend that we stayed which meant that the old town was inaccessible by taxis.Okay stay. – Tiina from Finland – March 30, 2025 (8/10)
Nice and spacious apartment. But there is a very bad smell in the bathroom. And the apartment is not on the 2nd floor but in 3rd, so stairs.
The personnel replied to unpleasant questions slowly and firstly gave the wrong code for the key box.Nice apartments in Old Town – Jeļena from Latvia – January 13, 2023 (8/10)
Excellent location, smart getting of keys. Good equipped kitchen.. Good heating, was warm even when outside was -10 degrees.
What could be improved: The only minus was unpleasant smell of sewage in bathroom.Very Good – Nazgul from Kazakhstan – January 3, 2023 (8/10)
The location is wonderful, just between the Old market place and Royal palace. The view from the window goes to the river. There is everything what you need, even the dish washing machine. The flat is big, warm. The warm water comes at once you don't have to wait till it warms up.
What could be improved: As the apartment is in the old town the taxi cannot come near, so you have to carry the suitcase on the up-and-down district through the cobblestone road, approximately 500 meters. There is no lift, the apartment is on the 3,5 floor. There was a smell of cigarettes and urine in the entrance hall. The flat and the flats of the neighbors are behind the door, which you have to open and close every time by the key. First time by accident I closed the door load and the neighbor came out and began to shout very rude.
The flat is not very clean, there was dust on the bed cabinets. And I had an impression the bed sheet wasn't changed.
No liquid soap, only one small soap and one toilet paper for 4 days. All in all, we were happy with our stay. – Bailey from United States – October 20, 2022 (8/10)
The location was perfect for the places we wanted to go. Very close to transportation, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast delivery was a bonus.
What could be improved: Would have liked extra towels. Ran out of toilet paper. Shower drain had a smell. But it was fun to walk around the cozy old town. – Jolanta from Lithuania – January 7, 2025 (8/10)
The location is great, right in the heart of the old town, with lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The apartments were clean and the hosts responded to our inquiries quickly.
What could be improved: The bed was not very comfortable because it was soft. But it depends on each person's needs. However, I didn't like the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom.best!! – Hunhak from United States – March 30, 2025 (10/10)
Location + apt(itself was enough)
What could be improved: move in direction wasnt clear.
in the direction, it says "apt is in 2 fl"but it was actually 3 fl.
So we had to figure this out, visited the other building etc…was a bit confuse!Exceptional – Karolis from Lithuania – December 8, 2024 (10/10)
Very good location, price is low compared to other apps in center
Excellent location and nice apartment – Katja from Finland – July 24, 2024 (10/10)
We were there as a family (2ad+3kids). The location was perfekt. Everything necessary needed was in the apartment. Nice surprise were snacks for us, when we arrived. For me apartment was clean, in some places wall was not clean, but kitchen, toilet, everything was fine. People complaining should always keep in mind the price of the apartment and the location. And compare to other options available.
Tip for apartment owner: microwave would be nice feature and matches as there is gas hob.
What could be improved: Sometimes there was bad smell in the bathroom, but we had lights on (ventilation was then on) so it was then ok. I think it is not problem of the apartment, but more of the location itself as it is in old town.Exceptional – Oleksandr from Ukraine – February 1, 2024 (10/10)
Very good location in the historical district of Warsaw, cozy and nice apartments. Also satisfied host service – easy to reach, always reply without delays. This is quite interesting option for the moderate price.
What could be improved: Was a bit challenged to find the apartment even with provided instructions by the host, asked for help local residents.
Also not dislike but important to know – don't expect quietness on holidays because Old Town district is always crowded. Just be informed.
