Hotel Description
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to JM Millennium on Kawęczyńska – I mean, it’s tucked away in Praga Północ, which let’s be real, isn’t exactly the postcard part of Warsaw most tourists see. But you know what? That turned out to be exactly why I ended up loving this place. The whole Praga district has this authentic, slightly gritty charm that the sanitized Old Town just can’t match, and staying here actually gave me a proper feel for how real Warsaw works. The hotel itself sits on a busy street (you’ll hear some traffic, especially during morning rush hour), but it’s literally a five-minute walk to the Dworzec Wileński metro station, which means you’re connected to everything without paying those ridiculous city center prices.
The building has that classic Eastern European apartment block vibe from the outside – nothing fancy, but once you’re inside, they’ve done a solid job making it feel modern without trying too hard to be trendy. My room was bigger than I expected for a 3-star place, with decent WiFi and a bathroom that actually had proper water pressure (trust me, this matters more than you think when you’re walking around Warsaw all day). The staff genuinely seemed to care about helping out – not in that overly rehearsed way you get at chain hotels, but more like they actually wanted you to enjoy your stay. I had this one guy at reception who drew me a little map showing which tram to take to get to the Soho Factory area, complete with warnings about which stops to avoid late at night.
What really sold me on this place though was the neighborhood itself. You’re close enough to walk to the trendy Ząbkowska Street (maybe 15 minutes on foot), where all the cool bars and galleries are popping up, but you’re also surrounded by proper Polish life – little corner shops, that amazing pierogi place on Targowa that doesn’t even have an English menu, and the kind of morning bakery smells that make you feel like you’re actually experiencing the city rather than just visiting it. The hotel breakfast is pretty standard continental stuff, nothing to write home about, but there’s this fantastic little café called Relax literally around the corner that does proper coffee and fresh pastries. I actually ended up skipping the hotel breakfast most mornings and just grabbing something there instead. Sure, you’re not going to be stumbling back from the Royal Castle at 2 AM, but the night trams run regularly, and honestly, coming back to this quieter part of town after a day in the tourist chaos felt like a relief. For the price point and that 8.4 rating, it’s exactly what it promises to be – no surprises, but no disappointments either.

Reviews
Wonderful – Dominykas from Lithuania – August 10, 2025 (9/10)
Spacious apartment, has everything you need in it. Has a lot of public free parking spaces around apartment. Cheap
What could be improved: Don't have elevator. Was hard to drag things of family of four to the 4th floorGood – Kamila from Lithuania – July 25, 2025 (7/10)
The apartment was clean, had everything you need for the stay.
What could be improved: No elevator in the building. The building is located next to an old tram depot, where trams come and go from early morning until late at night, causing a lot of noise. It was impossible to sleep with the windows open due to the noise, and we also needed earplugs. It’s fine for one night, but we wouldn’t be able to stay longer.Wonderful – A3g1s from Belgium – July 3, 2025 (9/10)
Nice clean location, easy acces to a tram that goes to west station and city center.
Good – Lukas from Lithuania – July 1, 2025 (7/10)
Decent location, near main spots of Warsaw, clean rooms, comfy beds and an unbeatable price.
What could be improved: Minor inconveniences. Findind a parking spot could be a challenge. Toilet door handle was broken.
The host communicates in messages, but does not answer phone calls.Great aparment! I would recommend it to my friends. – Khrystyna from United Kingdom – June 1, 2025 (9/10)
Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, spacious.
What could be improved: Everything was greatGreat apartment! – Angelika from Poland – May 9, 2025 (9/10)
Very nicely equipped kitchen, a huge plus for a GOOD coffee machine with proper quality coffee beans in it! Clean, new, close to the carbarn, but closing the windows was almost soundproofing. Shops right away, a good location for this district, responsive host – all good!
What could be improved: The couch was not very comfortable, but that's just a minor.Very Good – Patrik from Czech Republic – May 8, 2025 (8/10)
The property was comfy. Everything needed was there.
Great location, clean, totally recommend – Elena from Romania – May 2, 2025 (9/10)
The location, it was close to the tram so it made very accessible our moving around the city
What could be improved: The bed which was actually a sofa but not too bad for the amount we paidWonderful – Douglas from Brazil – May 1, 2025 (9/10)
Big and well equipped apartment, close to public transportation, very clean, easy check-in, the place looks exactly like the photos.
In general, is a good place to stay (we stayed for 7 days)
What could be improved: The bathroom lights were flickering a lot and sometimes it smelled like sewage, the blanket was small and there were no additional blanket neither the heat system was working (we sent a message to the owner but we didn’t receive any response).Very Good – Jiajun from Poland – April 20, 2025 (8/10)
It has everything we can ever need – hairdryer, oven, rack for drying clothes, iron, TV etc. It was perfect for someone like us who need to go to work but need a place to stay.
What could be improved: There is no curtain in the kitchen and there are people constantly looking at us from outside. The noise from trams outside can be very annoying. Even if we have earplugs in we can still hear the noise and feel the strong vibration from outside.
