What really won me over was how the whole place just works. The rooms are clean and comfortable without trying to be something they’re not. I had a corner room on the third floor, and while it wasn’t huge, everything was exactly where it should be. The bed was actually really good – firm but not hard, and I slept better than I expected. The bathroom was compact but well-designed, with decent water pressure and plenty of hot water even late at night. You know what I appreciated? The little details like proper reading lights and enough outlets near the bed. Sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places mess that up. The neighborhood itself has this authentic, lived-in feel that I really liked – not touristy at all, just real local life happening around you. There’s a small café about two blocks down that the front desk recommended, and it became my morning routine. Perfect coffee and these amazing pastries that locals clearly knew about because I was usually the only obvious tourist there. Parking was easier than I expected too, which was a relief since I’d been stressed about that beforehand.

Honestly, this is one of those places that reminds you why smaller hotels can be so much better than the big impersonal chains. It’s not trying to be luxurious or Instagram-perfect – it’s just really, really good at being exactly what it is. The value is incredible, especially considering that 9.4 rating isn’t just a fluke. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels genuine and where people actually care about your experience, this is your spot.

  The host has a detailed instruction as a document so it was very easy to navigate. There were also photos to make sure that it's our building.
  The room had everything in it that you wouldn't even expect for such price (dishwasher capsules, capsules for coffee, capsules for washing machine). There were even table games and books to play/read so it excited me even more to stay there.
  I enjoyed the style of the apartment and how it was amazingly designed.
  If I ever go to Warsaw again, I would very much like to stay here

  Nicely renovated small apartment in a fairly quiet part of the city, Powiśle. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided including tea and coffee for the coffee machine. Bed and couch comfortable to sleep on. Nice host accommodated our need to hold our luggage for an hour after checkout.

  Though the building itself is not a recent one, the apartment looks modern, including nicely equipped kitchen with induction stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a large TV with all popular apps installed – Netflix, Disney+ etc.
  There are a couple of places to set up working space with a laptop – both in the bedroom and in the dining room.
  It was very warm inside, when outside it was rather cold, so the heating works great.
  And I was lucky enough to find a public parking space right by the entrance and below the apartment's windows. Best of all – it was free during my stay (weekend and holidays).

  The interior style was super cool. It had everything that you would need: towels, bedding, dishes, iron etc.
  The location is also great, old town and city centre are in reach by walking distance.
