K22 Apartments Pole Mokotowskie Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to K22 Apartments Pole Mokotowskie, you immediately get the sense that this isn’t your typical hotel setup. It’s actually an four-star apartment complex that feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed flat than a standard hotel room. The building sits on a quiet stretch of Stefana Batorego street, and honestly, the location couldn’t be better for exploring Warsaw while still having that residential neighborhood vibe.

The Mokotów Advantage

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re in Mokotów, which locals know is one of Warsaw’s most livable districts. It’s got this perfect balance where you feel like you’re actually living in the city rather than just visiting it. The nearby Pole Mokotowskie park is literally a few minutes’ walk away, and trust me, having that green space right there makes a huge difference, especially if you’re staying for more than a couple nights. You know what’s really convenient? The metro connections are solid, so getting to the Old Town or central Warsaw is straightforward without dealing with the tourist crowds right outside your door.

Living Space Reality

The apartments themselves are what you’d expect from a well-run operation — clean, functional, and thoughtfully laid out. Each room feels spacious enough that you’re not tripping over your luggage, and the kitchen setup actually works if you want to grab groceries and cook something simple. I mean, after a few days of eating out constantly, sometimes you just want to make coffee the way you like it or store some snacks. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, and there’s enough storage space that you can actually unpack if you’re staying more than a weekend.

Practical Considerations

One thing that really stands out is how the staff handles the whole apartment-style check-in process — it’s smooth and doesn’t feel like you’re dealing with some impersonal key-pickup situation. The building itself is well-maintained, and you get the sense that they actually care about the details. Parking can be arranged, which honestly is a relief in Warsaw where street parking can be a bit of a headache. The neighborhood has decent grocery stores and cafes within walking distance, so you’re not dependent on hotel services for everything.

Why Guests Love It

The 8.7 location rating really makes sense once you’ve stayed here — couples especially seem to appreciate having their own space while still being well-connected to everything Warsaw offers. It’s that sweet spot where you get independence and comfort without sacrificing accessibility. The whole setup works particularly well if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two, or if you prefer having some control over your daily routine rather than being locked into typical hotel schedules. Plus, the Mokotów area gives you a genuine feel for how Warsaw residents actually live, which I think adds something meaningful to the whole travel experience.

Reviews of K22 Apartments Pole Mokotowskie

  • Good value for money. – Kristina from Lithuania – June 22, 2025 (8/10)

Very good location, near metro and bus station.

What could be improved: There was no internet, or we didn’t find passwords. There was no tv.

  • Good – Sneha from Poland – June 5, 2025 (7/10)

    View from the window

What could be improved: Dirty walls and dishes. Dusty closet. No shower gel. Uncomfortable single beds. No blinds in one of the bedrooms.

  • Good – Gladys from Netherlands – March 18, 2025 (7/10)

Convenient location, 10-15 mins uber ride to most attractions we wanted to visit. Handy to have amenities like washing machine, kitchen etc. Towels were also provided.

What could be improved: Was not so clean, quite dusty. It’s in the picture but did not realise until being woken up by natural light that one of the rooms does not have curtains/blinds, not so nice if you want a lie in on holiday. Mattress in that same room needs an upgrade, springs can be felt in some locations.

  • Very Good – Kristina from Sweden – February 23, 2025 (8/10)

    Close to Stadola venue

What could be improved: Smell of smoke from other apartments in the toilet

  • Close to airport and city centre – Ka from United Kingdom – September 22, 2024 (7/10)

Location close to airport and city centre, apartment was fairly clean. It had everything we needed for a short stay and the view from the bedrooms was quite nice at night. You can also take a breather outside on the balcony.

What could be improved: A plug socket not working in one of the bedrooms. One of the hinges for the toilet seat is still broken as mentioned in the other reviews.

Good location with easy access to the metro. Clean. Comfortable beds.

What could be improved: WiFi had intermittent problems during evenings.
