The first thing you notice walking in is how they’ve managed to blend that academic vibe (hence the “Kampus” name, I’m guessing) with actual comfort. It’s got this sort of modern student housing aesthetic, but in the best possible way – think clean lines, lots of natural light, and spaces that actually make sense. The lobby has this buzzy energy without being chaotic, and honestly, the wifi is better than most 4-star places I’ve stayed at recently. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that drawn-out process where they try to upsell you on everything.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to practical details that most hotels completely miss. The rooms – and I stayed in what I think was their standard setup – have proper desk space that’s actually usable, not just decorative. The bathroom setup is smart too, with hooks and shelves where you’d actually want them. You can tell someone who travels a lot had input on the design. The soundproofing is surprisingly solid, which matters more than people realize until they’re stuck listening to hallway conversations at 2am. I was there during what seemed like a busy period, and the place never felt overwhelming or understaffed. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing – not just going through motions, but actually solving problems before you even realize they’re problems. Parking situation is pretty straightforward, which is honestly a relief these days. And here’s a random detail that stuck with me: the elevators are fast. Such a small thing, but when you’re juggling luggage and coffee, you appreciate it.

  Very nice, big rooms and overall clean. Only downside is small beds and small fridge for such a big room. It's central and had a good view, staff was nice also

  The rooms are located in a separate sort of section of a University building, which provides enough privacy. My room was spacious and perfectly clean. I appreciated the work desk, kettle and mini fridge there. Good location, very close to Polin, walking distance from the old town and there was a small supermarket just next door. It's also quite handy that there's 24/7 security/reception.
