Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Karolkowa 28 II – Premium Apartments with Balcony by Noclegi Renters on a quiet street in Wola, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from this four-star property. The building itself has that classic Warsaw charm — you know, the kind that’s been thoughtfully updated but still feels authentically Polish. What struck me immediately was how residential the area feels, which is actually refreshing when you’re tired of staying in touristy neighborhoods. The neighborhood offers a genuine sense of local life and authentic Polish character.
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t your typical hotel rooms — each apartment genuinely feels like a temporary home in Warsaw. The balcony (which, let’s be honest, is why you’re probably considering this place) actually delivers on its promise. I spent my mornings out there with coffee, watching the neighborhood wake up. The kitchen is properly equipped too — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual cooking space if you want to grab groceries from the nearby shops on Chłodna Street. This setup provides genuine comfort and convenience for extended stays.
Location Perks
Here’s what I really appreciated about staying in Wola — you’re close enough to the action but far enough away to feel like you’re experiencing real Warsaw life. The Palace of Culture and Science is maybe a 15-minute walk, and honestly, the tram connections from here are fantastic. I mean, couples seem to absolutely love this spot (they rate the location super highly), and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having your own little balcony retreat after exploring the city all day. The neighborhood strikes an ideal balance between accessibility and authentic local atmosphere.
Practical Matters
The continental breakfast situation works well — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and saves you from hunting down coffee first thing in the morning. What I found most useful was having actual space to spread out. After days of cramped hotel rooms in other cities, having an apartment setup where you can actually unpack and settle in makes such a difference. The building’s pretty quiet too, which surprised me given how central you actually are. This combination of space and tranquility is genuinely rare in urban Warsaw accommodations.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this place consistently gets high ratings, and after staying here, I get it. It’s that sweet spot between hotel convenience and apartment comfort that’s honestly hard to find in Warsaw. You’re not paying premium prices for Old Town location, but you’re also not stuck in some soulless business district. The balcony really does make evening wind-downs special — there’s something about having your own outdoor space in a city that just hits different. Plus, if you’re traveling as a couple, the extra space and that little bit of domestic normalcy (making coffee in your own kitchen, sitting on your own balcony) creates a completely different travel experience than typical hotel stays.

Guest Reviews
Exceptional
Idealnie położony. Piękny widok z okien.
I recommend.
Very good location and comfortable apartment!
What could be improved: Everything is great.
Not recommended. Scam. Fraud.
What could be improved: The price for the room was 80 EUR. The cleaning cost was 58 EUR. This is not proportionate even though it might have been shown during the booking process at some point in time. I for one did not see it. I never had to pay attention to the cleaning cost on booking. I therefore think that this is a scam, a fraud, you name it. Tricking people with nice photos into booking an average room at best and making money on the cleaning cost. Shame on you both the rental company and booking. You can do this, it is perfectly legal, but my guess is that a company that mocks its client so frivolously will not have a bright future.
Great family stay in Warsaw
Big beds and massive living room and really well equipped kitchen with a great balcony
What could be improved: Better and more pillows and,and instructions on how to use the equipment (oven etc)
Some furniture for the balcony maybe
Udany pobyt
Świetna lokalizacja - dużo sklepów i lokali gastronomicznych w pobliżu, blisko metra i centrum miasta, bardzo wygodny dojazd z dworca. Okolica cicha i wydaje się być bezpieczna.
Mieszkanie było całkiem zgodne z opisem i oczekiwaniami, czyste, wyposażone.
What could be improved: Trochę mylace instrukcje do wejscia do budynku - dobrze by było zaznaczyć, że wejście do klatki jest od strony Hrubieszowskiej.
Brakuje w mieszkaniu mikrofalówki, napewno by się przydała podczas pobytu.
Wygodny, cichy pokój w samym centrum miasta.
What could be improved: Stara patelnia ze zdartym teflonem.
Brand new appartment, super clean and cosy!
The apartment is amazing, brand new and super clean! I really liked the fact that the building and area was quiet and situated in a very central place, next to a public transport stop. The wifi speed is great, I don't know why it has bad reviews in other comments but I was able to work remotely with a VPN with no problem at all. All in all an exceptional stay!
What could be improved: I would like for the room to be equipped with a microwave as I regard it an essential kitchen appliance on all my stays.
Great
Location
What could be improved: No coffee machine
A nice and clean place in a good location for a single traveller who likes a soft bed.
The apt was very clean and nicely designed. The entry was made easy with the codes.
We loved the neighbourhood a lot. Many nice cafes nearby as well as easy access to public transportation.
What could be improved: 1. The bed.
it was way too soft, way softer than the average I experience when I travel (very frequently). It was also too narrow. 140cm. Ok for a single person, but too small for two.
2. The lighting.
For some reason in the hallway AND the bedroom (!) there was a piercing, very bright cold white light. And on top of that the designer lights had no light shades in the bedroom. Not cosy and not friendly. Please consider changing it to softer and warmer tones.
Very Good
Comfotable, compact, good-looking apartment.
What could be improved: Metallic chairs for the kitchen table, 5hz wifi access was not provided, small refrigerator.
