  What could be improved: Absolutnie nikomu nie polecam tego obiektu oraz tego usługodawcy. Przed wyjazdem musiałem zapłacić kaucję w wysokości 1000 zł, mimo że o jakiejkolwiek kaucji nie byłem poinformowany ani w ogłoszeniu ani w oficjalnych wiadomościach od obiektu na platformie booking. Firma, która wynajmuje to mieszkanie działa w ten sposób, że po zapłacie im kaucji zrobią wszystko, żeby kaucja nie wróciła do klienta. Mieszkanie oddałem w bardzo dobrym stanie. Wszystkie śmieci były w workach gotowych do wyniesienia, naczynia pomyte, stoły i blaty czyste. Jedynie podłoga była lekko zbrudzona przez to, że w mieszkaniu nie było mopa. Jednak to nie przeszkodziło zarządcy mieszkania znaleźć kilka wyciągniętych z palca argumentów, żeby zabrać kaucje. Myslę że już nie pierwszy i nie ostatni raz tak zarządca tej nieruchomości działa, ponieważ nawet nie chciał ze mną rozmawiać przez telefon, kierując mnie na napisanie do nich maila. Oczywistym jest że w mailu dostałbym suchą odpowiedź lub po prostu byłbym olany przez nich, dlatego kontynuowałem rozmowę przez telefon z zarządcą. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu zaczął coraz bardziej chamsko i bezczelnie w moją stronę się wyrażać, w pewnym momencie aż warczał do słuchawki 🙂 Nigdy nie miałem podobnych problemów z jakimkolwiek apartamentem lub hotelem w którym bywałem, a ten apartament został przeze mnie zostawiony w bardzo schludnym i czystym stanie. Obsługa lokalu musiała jedynie wynieść worki ze śmieciami które już były do tego przygotowane oraz wytrzeć podłogę. Sam bym ją wytarł, lecz nie było w mieszkaniu mopa. Warto też wspomnieć że w cenie którą zapłaciłem za apartament zawierało się również 190 zł na pokrycie kosztów sprzątania. To nie przeszkodziło zarządcy zabrać sobie 1000 zł kaucji. Nikomu nie polecam korzystać z tego obiektu, no chyba ze ktoś lubi być bezpodstawnie naliczany oraz słuchać warczenia zarządcy obiektu przez telefon.

  What could be improved: Varasimme huoneiston ilmastoinnin vuoksi. Kukaan ei ilmoittanut että ilmastointi ei toimi. Tämä pilasi oleskelumme muuten niin viihtyisässä huoneistossa. Hyvitystä luvattiin mutta mitään ei ole hyvitetty.
